La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - Lookout Mtn

This has been an awesome La Quinta. Super clean. Really super breakfast.. the front desk staff has been nice. The best part is that my two large dogs were welcome and they actually have a small dog park attached to the property so that they can go potty.

Excellent service. I cannot say enough good things about the gentleman who checked us in when we arrived Tuesday, March 26th. We were a bit desperate to find a hotel that would accept both of our pups and not only did he allow me to book the room over the phone without giving him a credit card as I was driving, but made sure we were comfortable by giving us a room that would overlook the parking lot where we were having to park our trailer as we were moving. Really, really appreciate him going above and beyond to take care of us.

Hotel was very nice! We had adjoining rooms. Rooms were spacious, things looked modern, breakfast was nice too. Would recommend!!! Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again anytime.

My dad and I (and my dog ) were traveling from Texas to Virginia and this was our stopping point for the night. I made a reservation online and check-in was easy peasy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast (try the pancake machine! I appreciate the dog friendliness of the hotel. I had no idea all La Quintas were dog friendly. The dog park was a very nice place to let Lady sniff around and potty after a long day in the car. I will be staying here again on future TX - VA road trips. LQ is my first choice when traveling with my dog from now on!

I love the location, clean rooms, and its proximity to Ruby Falls and attractions.
The continental breakfast was also amazing. I love those breakfast potatoes and the service was great too. Thank you to the staff as well.

My wife and I booked on the fly. We were traveling to Florida and found this gem for the night.

Clean, easy to find right off of I- 24. From the check-in desk to finding our room, simple as ever.

Bathrooms have soap, and are attached on the wall. Feel of staying in someone’s home, with decor on the walls.

The hotel was nice and clean. I saw the staff cleaning at random times during the day. The room cleaning staff removes the sheets and cleans them every day.
The lobby is clean, modern and spacious with seats for relaxing or eating breakfast. The breakfast was better than expected. During the week, they had scrambled eggs, various breads, 3 types of cereal, yogurt, 3 types of juice, coffee, sausage, pancakes and SOS gravy. During the weekend, they add bacon to the selection. All was at the appropriate temperatures.
The rooms were spacious (I reserved 2 types of rooms for family) and clean. The bathrooms were clean. The selection of soap, shampoo, conditioner & lotion was nice to see.
The rooms had a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and had 3 pillows each that were soft, yet firm.
The only "issue" I had was that the hotel was by a truckstop and some of the trucks were loud. Other than that, we had a good 3 days stay there.

There is a breakfast.. but very safe for our family, let's say.. we need grab bars in the bathroom.. felt safe in shower easy to park.. we had a suv... but behind there is a parking lot.. that obivous let over night

Very nice room and area as expected. We are traveling with our little dog so only certain hotels will work. Usually I thought La Quinta did not have an extra dog fee. But this location had a $35 extra fee. I'm going to bookmark this location as we travel this way allot. We will probably be here again.

Hotel was clean. When we put the do not disturb magnet up it was taken seriously. Housekeepers kept their voices down when cleaning nearby and didn’t even vacuum in front of our door. Will definitely stay here again. Also really appreciated the mini fenced dog area that was provided. Location is nice too because there’s a CVS in the next parking lot. Really convenient.

Overall great experience.... friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds.next time im in Chattanooga I will definitely come back here

We've stayed here several times and it's always clean! Never crowded and easy to get to right off the interstate. Keeps you outside of Chattanooga which is a plus but you're only a few minutes from downtown. Definitely make this place one of our regular stops for overnight stays.

Fantastic place for a short stay if you're visiting lookout mountain. Very friendly staff, the only drawback was the noisy air conditioner. Immaculately clean. Very pleasing breakfast.

If someone ask for something . Don't be RUDE and be disrespectful. You did this in front my wife. This is the front desk you need to work on your customer service skills!!! Also one someone calls answer the phone not let it ring form 5 to 10 minutes -No one answered ?.Not happy and wasn't a good way to start my day yesterday .

Customer service was so so...you can tell none of them are particularly excited about their job but most of us aren't lol the free hot breakfast was a nice surprise, fresh coffee all day everyday. Nutella spread yum! Mini dove soap which I loved and Paul Mitchell shampoo. The gym was empty so I was able to get a private workout in everyday. Our bed sheets had hair in them but they came up immediately and changed them. All in all a great value hotel would definitely stay again.

Love this little place. Room with double bed was a good size for 4. Rate of room was great. Breakfast was good. Beds were firm but not hard. Pool area was kinda small but doable. I loved the steps at front because my young son is scared of water and there was a flat spot one step down where he could enjoy the water At his own speed.
It is a pet friendly place but we werent near any loud animals. Air worked great. Bathroom was rather large and shower was good.

I booked this room last minute after a terrible customer service experience at another hotel in the area. This hotel was so clean and tidy and the staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful. Latoya checked us in and was very accommodating by switching our room when another guest's dog was barking loudly. Thank you so much Latoya! You definitely set the standard for how a business should treat their clients. We will definitely be back!
