The Westin Chattanooga

The staff was excellent!! Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and polite. My room was extremely clean. There was an issue with the TV and within 10 min maintenance came to fix the issue. I knocked off a star because all of the outlets within the room did not work. However the staffs attentiveness made up for it. The room service food was very good. The coffee at the downstairs coffee bar taste better than Starbucks. The grounds are well kept and very pretty. The pool is on the 2nd floor next to the fitness center which is in the small side, however my kids still enjoyed themselves. I would definitely comeback and stay here again. Beware, there is a valet parking fee of $35 per day. You can self park in a lot next door, I am unsure if you have to pay. The hotel is located in an excellent location about 5 min away from all of the major attractions.

We had the most amazing stay! One of the best hotels we have stayed at! All the staff were super friendly, the most comfortable beds, very nice pool area, extremely clean rooms. The food and drinks at the downstairs bar was very good. This will be our go to stay when we need a quick getaway!

Enjoyed our stay at the Westin Chattanooga! Convenient valet service with unlimited in and out privileges. Check in was fast and efficient. Entire property is immaculately clean and very modern. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows with room darkening curtains. Bed and pillows are heavenly! Bathroom has beautiful large shower for 2! Restaurants and bars on site and room service available! Loved the outdoor pool! Perfect to hang out with lots of loungers, umbrellas, and big pool towels. Area was walkable with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Safe and quiet! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

The Westin was great! The valet service was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, had amazing views and much showers. The signature hotel line of towels, sheets, hair care / lotion was really nice! The staff was soooo friendly everywhere you went. The pool was clean and the view was awesome. The fitness center had way more than a normal hotel gym. Everything was fantastic. I had no idea Westins were such nice hotels! Definitely will be back and to more locations.

After many years of commuting between Illinois and Florida with dogs, we have stayed at innumerable hotels. None has come close to the Westin Chattanooga. It is our one and only go-to hotel. Upon arrival, you are made to feel like a valued guest and, after only one visit, like family. (And that includes the dogs.) Sunny, the front office supervisor, greets you like a dear friend and pays attention to every detail. On our first visit, we arrived late at night, and Sunny (whose name fits him perfectly) went out of his way to ensure that we received room service before we went to sleep. He even delivered it himself! Likewise, Thomas, the guest relations supervisor, took great measures to ensure that our experience was perfect from check in to check out. The rooms are comfortable and elegant, laid out beautifully, and always immaculate. The food is exceptional. And the grounds are lovely and the hotel well situated. I can't say enough good things about The Westin Chattanooga, its staff, its service, and its quality.

This hotel was great! Nice rooms, comfortable bed, really nice shower. It has a rooftop restaurant and a downstairs bar. There’s also a market for small things and it’s right across the street from several good restaurants. We had a good view of the pool too! Would totally stay here again!

I was checked in by a welcoming staff member, Sunny. He was very pleasant & helpful during my check in process. The room was immaculate & hotel was very clean. The rooftop bar served very tasty small plates & drinks. Breakfast was healthy & when it's warmer I look forward to using the pool! Loved the mountain view. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

Pretty cool place. Didn’t get in until 1030 at night. Greeted by the valet folks. They were busy and very helpful.

Inside met with Sunny. What a good dude. Very nice and very informative. You know a guy has a great reputation when the folks walking in from dinner/out partying walk in yelling Sunny’s name and calling him the best. Sunny even gave us two drink tickets for the roof top bar (we didn’t go - too tired from the long drive).

Room was clean. Ended up with corner room which was awesome. Many little breakfast joints within a 5/10 minute walk.

If I’m ever back in Chattanooga, I’ll be staying here. Can’t comment on price as I used my points for this quick stay on the way to vacation

Kids enjoyed the pool. It’s small but perfectly fine. A couple cabana’s out there as well. A few restaurants in the building as well.

I was there for 4 nights for a work trip July 15-19 and the experience was amazing. Rooms were spotless I see how clean a room is by cleaning everything myself and there was no dust dirt, soap scum on the wipes they were as white as when I took them out of the pouch. They were so helpful and accommodating when it came to that mysteriously "software update" that cancelled flights. They allowed us later check out so we could arrange some things and we're able to provide us with another night or two of rooms if we needed it but we were able to drive home.
The ONLY thing I did not like was the doors slam Loudly and shake the room a bit but in order for them to lock they must slam, whi h can be disruptive but not a deal breaker.
The last night a pretentious wedding party came in acting like they ran the place. I had to call the front desk the last night to tell them to stop screaming ,fake laughing, and slamming the door 7 times within 3 mins around 11:40pm. After I called it was silent...so they were told to chill.
The Food in the Italian restaurant downstairs was ok nothing to get super excited about but it was decent.
Quiet other than the doors slamming.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a work event. The room was amazing!! We had a gorgeous view of downtown Chattanooga. The service was excellent. Front desk helped find us the best room possible; valet took great care of our vehicles. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but did have some coffee and continental items at the coffee shop which were all great as well. It was a great stay at a beautiful hotel. Would highly recommend.

Attended a graduation here. Beautiful lobby very friendly staff. High traffic area with several events happening at the same time. Staff was very accommodating as we had to drop off a member of our family at the door due to health and they assisted us and kept traffic flowing all at once.

Stayed for the 2nd time at The Westin Chattanooga on the 4th of July Weekend to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and America’s birthday.
Luxurious hotel, friendly and professional staff. Comfortable beds, electric plenty of electric outlets to plug in devices. Had a room with 2 queen beds. Clean rooms.
Location is walkable to restaurants and the riverwalk. Nice and clean pool.
Breakfast at the restaurant is expensive, but very good, especially the French Toast! They also have Peet’s Coffee location ant the hotel for grab and go coffee and breakfast.
Would highly recommend!

We had a great couple of days away after Christmas. Everyone working at the hotel was helpful and gracious, beginning with the guys at valet parking, through check-in, including the bar/restaurant staff. We got a corner room with 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows. Unfortunately, the drapes were so big, you couldn't pull them back all the way to take advantage of all of the glass. Plus, one of the shear drapes was torn at the top. Not a big deal, just something they might want to redesign. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and there was plenty of space. A surprisingly family-friendly hotel as we saw lots of guests with kids. Looks like a good spot for family reunions. Way too cold to hit the pool, but we did check it out and it looked great. Would be a fun spot to chill out for a few days in the warmer weather. Some very good restaurant options in the immediate area, plus it's only a 15 minute walk to the aquarium area by the river. We were very pleased with our stay.

When ever I vist Chattanooga, I stay at this Westin! Sunny and Lyric at the front desk are ABSOLUTELY phenomenal! The greet every guest by name and goes the extra mile to accommodate. Sunny has a bubbly personality and positive attitude all the time! I always look forward to seeing them when I visit. Best hotel experience ever!

There on a business retreat with a group of bottom line oriented CEOs.. and the bottom line is that not sure there's any way our experieence could have been much better...
