DoubleTree by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown

Very good. The room was well appointed, and recently remodeled with contemporary art, and other features that were very nice. I especially like the extra large Jacuzzi tub which made the experience very relaxing. The sectional had tears in the furniture fabric, but I didn’t seem to mind because everything else was really nice. The high-end bath products were an unexpected surprise. Of course the warm chocolate chip walnut cookie is enough to make me come back. The staff was really great. Lots of places to explore and a great bar upstairs.

Spent the weekend of Jan 12-14 for Chattacon. Had a blast. It was also my first experience as one of the guests of honor for a convention.

The hotel and convention space are well laid out. The rooms clean and beds very comfortable.

Had Breakfast at the hotel resturant, was about on par with others in similar hotels and similar price.

We were here over the Christmas weekend. Three entire staff was outstanding. Very courteous. Pleasent, and cheerful. The front desk folks were very nice every day. The restaurant staff was very helpful, friendly, and nice. The cleaning, room service folks were totally helpful. The breakfast was always good.
We had a nice room on the 12 floor and it was pretty quiet. The bed was comfy. The towels were nice and thick. The shower was amazing. A shower with a Speakman showerhead always has a lot of power. The suite was nice. Some hotels don't have Microwave or a fridge in the room any longer. This one does. Finally, the room has 2TVs.
In all, this hotel was in a great location and the rooms were nice. I would stay here again.

Amazing service, cozy room, really good breakfast and nice fitness center. The only thing I would recommend is shower shoes. The floor of the shower was not the cleanest but again, not a deal breaker for me. Highly recommend this hotel. It's around all the attractions as well.

The Front Desk Attendant Cait was very courteous and professional. It was a very nice experience. They have a bar and restaurant on the 2nd FL. A fitness room on the 1st FL and an outside pool. Parking is additional.

The hotel staff is exceptional. Danielle at the bar was great. The rooms could be updated some, kind of small. Nice pool area. Location is great right downtown near everything. Of course with any downtown hotel you pay for parking but plenty of spaces. Always had cookies on deck lol.

The front desk staff of this hotel is super. They are friendy and you feel welcome. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Is at walking distance of all downtown Chattanooga.

Beautiful hotel! But I want to point out Kate at the Starbucks…she was so sweet to my pup, Pixie, and gave her a lil pup cup to start her day! It’s the little things! Thank you Kate!

Amazing Hotel. Was visiting Chattanooga for the first time. Cameron from the front desk gave some amazing dinner recommendations and made me feel like a local. Cant wait until my next visit to Chattanooga.

We got a King size bed and the room was so tiny! The front desk staff were really helpful if you were able to get them on the phone. Heather that works in the restaurant is amazing! Very tentative and helpful. The location is convenient to everything! Great location.

The banquets team took care of my team and the amazing participants of the retreat sponsored through Wounded Warrior Project. You all made this experience easy for my team as you served us with dignity, humility, and respect! I'm grateful for the experience.

It is located in the 💜 of tourism. This Hotel is surrounded by other up scale Hotels, Restaurants, and Tourist attractions. All of them provide excellent services. This is why our Scenic City 🏙🌆 is One of the most visited tourists attractions in the Nation. This DoubleTree certainly provides you with the luxury without overwhelming your 💰. I was here with family , and friends on a class reunion. We were greeted with valet parking, host, and hostess complimentary services. The class catered food , and drinks compliments of the Double Tree. We all especially appreciated the Chocolate chip cookies 🍪. Everyone loves chocolate 🍫. This was a complimentary treat delicious 😋. Once we entertained our friends, we had all the luxury of downtown Chattanooga. This includes eating some delicious food 😋 at several outstanding restaurants. I believe you guys got it ? You must show up to get it ! Go plan, don't delay a class reunion, family reunion, birthday, anniversary, or weekend outing ? They gotcha covered ! Go ✅ them out for yourself. They are very reasonable. The fun out weighs the funds 💰 They will thank you. You guys will thank them as well. I Love 💕 Chatt Town Mr. C.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Chattanooga! We chose this location for the walkability of the city and we were pleasantly surprised by the ease of access to every place we wanted to venture to. Easy walk to the aquarium and pedestrian bridge. Plenty of options for all of our cravings just around the block and the fridge and microwave in the room made leftovers an option.

Phenomenal staff at the front desk and hotel bar! The room was clean and updated with trendy décor. Great place to come back to after a day of exploration. Beds were comfortable and pillows were just right for resting after a fun-filled day. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We came to the hotel in the early evening. Very tired from driving. The staff at the desk, Melody and Caleb, took very good care of us, getting settled in to the hotel and parking. The day staff of Gunnar and Cait also took very good care of us. Dealing with the pool and breakfast tickets, etc. They pointed out kid friendly places. To go to. Highly recommend staying here. Will do so when in the area again.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff accommodated for my wife needing handicap parking. Rooms are very clean. We were given rooms that joined, which is important when you have 3 teen girls.
A+++++++++ WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

I stayed for 11 nights as work had a 2 week meeting on site at the hotel. The room was very nice. I had a King size bed. Nice shower!!!! The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. Only complaint about room is chair for desk area very uncomfortable. Rest of the room was great and newer style. Restaurant was being remodeled so only food was thru the bar. The quesadilla was very tasty. Didn't try pool but looked nice. Big lobby and small gift shop with some food and snacks. For work, the meeting rooms were very nice. Have sat in better and worse chairs then those in the meeting rooms. Food we had served for breakfast and lunch was very good. Tanya and staff who took care of us did a fantastic job!

Great place. Loved being close to the bridge, and within near proximity of many things. Parking is a bit high, but it works.
Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly.
I would stay here again.
