Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga Lookout Mountain TN

The rooms are clean,the staff is friendly and the pool is on the small side but very cooling considering the temperatures are in the high 90's. The beds are very comfortable. It's quiet and close to everything. I would come back.

We had a pleasant stay here and got much needed peaceful quiet rest. Susan made us feel very welcome and she was a customer service superstar. Thank you all and we will be back

We visited last weekend, my husband requested a downstairs room due to my disability and the staff were hugely accommodating. Room was clean , beds were very comfortable and loved all the pillows. And it was quiet.
Everyone was really nice and helpful. No complaints !!! Will stay again

We stayed here two nights and had pleasant experiences​ both nights. Our room and bathroom were both very clean. Our mattress was rather hard, but to be fair, every place we have ever stayed at has had hard mattresses. The front desk clerks were both very helpful. During our first night our air quit working abruptly and the clerk was at our door within a few minutes and fixed the probably. We're​ both late sleepers, so we cannot provide a review of the free breakfast. The wifi worked perfectly. The only thing I wasn't happy with was that it had three floors and no elevator, and we were on the top floor, BUT I did get in my exercise. We would stay here again.

When I travel I always stay at a super 8. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Great staff, especially the night staff. Clean rooms. Only issue was our door wouldn't fully latch unless we pulled on it. 219 needs a new door and lock. Other than that, great.

Stayed here a little year ago and I'm just reminiscing 🥲.. I remember reading reviews saying that the halls smelled like cigarette smoke , which was not a lie. B U T when you enter your room it doesn't have a smell. Then when you look out your window 🥰😍😛 and see Waffle House lol. No, when you see the mountains it just makes you forget you just got second hand smoke. You'll be fine. It's worth the money. The Continetal Breakfast is minimal but that's probably due to the MANY restaurants around. I was broke so I ate breakfast at the hotel everyday.

I am currently staying here right now and it has been great! I called in advance to make a reservation and it took less than 3 minutes. Check in was simple too no hassle at all. The room we're staying in is clean. It actually looks nicer than the pictures. It looks like they've updated the rooms with new furnishings and new carpet since they were taken. The room we're staying in has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer. The beds and pillows are comfortable and clean. The cable works fine and has a decent amount of channels. The Wi-Fi has good signal. Also, for those of you with smartphones, Sprint's network has full 4g signal. I haven't eaten the breakfast or swam in the pool so I can't comment on that. The staff is courteous and helpful if you need anything. It's in a good location. There's a Waffle House and Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

The staff was vert friendly. The room was a lot nicer than we expected. It's close enough to the sights of Chattanooga but not in the crush. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and they really have put a lot of work into this hotel!

Exceptionally clean considering a lot of guests had pets. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff (husband and wife). Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Great value for the location.

We were on our way home from my sons airborne graduation at the Benning Army Base,Ga. When my son's girlfriend car (thermostat stuck shut). We knew we couldn't make it back to Indiana and had no idea what we were going to do because all the hotels were completely booked. We knew our last resort was to sleep in the car and we'd be cold. We didn't get to spend the night but the manager and all the employees there were so friendly. It was so cold outside so they let us borrow two blankets and use the restroom and get water till our family got there the next day to tow us home. I just wanted to let everyone know what a blessing they were to us and our fur baby. Thank God for watching over us and great people!

The room is beautiful, well decorated, clean and large. The staff is friendly and genuinely nice. Will be staying next time we come through.

Nice quiet area, comfortable rooms and very reasonable prices. Definitely stay here over any of the cheaper motels that are more in the city.

Truly a great place to stay excellent scenery plus very comfortable beds. Super easy check-in and plenty of parking space. I definitely would recommend this place for people stay over the night and for all of the local attractions nearby. Truly beautiful area

This Super 8 staff was friendly, the pool is great, and the breakfast is pretty good got a Super 8. The bed was day comfy. This location seems safe and is close to many of the area attractions.
