Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga I-24/Lookout Mountain

Recently stayed three nights. Two adults and one 13-year-old. Room was extremely comfortable in size. Used the refrigerator and the AC worked great! Short drive to downtown and look out mountain. Staff was very friendly.

Got here early this morning as I drive through the night and arrived without a reservation. I'm used to having to pay extra because of this and so I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I wouldn't have to. Daisy checked me in and was very friendly and helpful and gave me a perfect room. I still haven't tried the shower, but it seems pretty nice.

My stay in Tennessee started off as a nightmare. I originally reserved a room across the street at the shi++y 8. 🤮 I arrived right across the street at this gem around 1am. Bailey was awesome! She said they didn't have any availability but ended up having a room that had something fixed. Room was perfect! Not only did she give my kids and me a comfortable & clean room she helped me figure out other things to do for our stay! All of the staff that we ran into was kind! The breakfast was great! We did look at the pool but didn't have time to swim during our stay but you can see the mountains out the window as you swim! 😮I highly recommend this hotel!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Modest accommodations with friendly staff. The mountains are especially impressive in the morning when you roll up at night. Great value for points redemption.

The staff here was incredible! There were some hiccups post- crowdstrike chaos and we even booked in the middle of it. They were attentive and took care of everything where the stress was only on them, but they were taking it in stride!

They have some of the most comfortable beds of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Nice view of the mountains. Very friendly service! This is going to seem like a weird thing to put in a review, but the complimentary shampoo and conditioner they have for the guests is probably the best thing I’ve ever put in my hair at a hotel, so if you forgot your shampoo and conditioner, have no fear!

Convenient to downtown attractions, comfortable beds with clean rooms. They have a small indoor pool and a good morning breakfast to start your day off.

One of the beat places we've stayed! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nicely sized. Restaurants right across the road and a great breakfast. Close to downtown and the aquarium and about 15 minutes to Rock City. Just great. Ziggy checked us in and he was super nice. Oh, what a great view too! Kinda unique for a chain hotel to have a great view.

We stayed at this hotel on the night at Dec 3rd in order to see the Christmas lights at Rock City. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable so it was a pleasant trip. The front desk personnel were excellent. The breakfast items were limited however the quiche and the bacon were quite tasty and we all enjoyed it. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area..

We checked in right after 3pm and Ziggy was very nice and informative. Check in was super quick and easy. There was plenty of parking but after 9 pm it was pretty crowded. The room was average but very clean and spacious. No mold or smoke smells and the bed was excellent. There was no sausage or fruit options for breakfast but the waffles were decent and the area was well kept to accommodate the heavy crowd. The storm that came in was pretty scary but we just got comfortable with snacks and it felt like home. We also stayed in downtown Chattanooga during our trip but we would stay here again instead.

This was an excellent choice to stop during our trip home. Welcoming staff and very informative! Had a list of restaurants ready for us! Breakfast was fresh and hot bold coffee! Staff was very friendly and very on too of cleanliness! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Great views w the rocking chairs out front!

Clean! Little noisy, but the staff can't help that it is next to the interstate. Friendly, and comfortable.

My stay started with Daisy greeting me. Please hire more staff like Daisy! She is so sweet and helpful. Professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Daisy made the stay start off great! Thank you! My room had a beautiful view, but there was some mildew in the bathroom and something icky on the night table. The bed was so comfy! The location was perfect. Parking was easy and plentiful. It was a short overnight stay for me, so i didn't get to utilize the amenities, but overall I'm happy with my stay. Breakfast was good.

Conveniently located close to all attractions. Nicely maintained property with a welcoming staff. Our room was as you would expect clean and orderly. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of items even though the hotel was very busy. Will rebook here when we return to the area.

Last year we found this last minute stay, and found wonderful staff and clean hotel. The owner was doing checkouts and he told us about the area, and if we drive through Chattanooga again we will definitely try to stay here! It was Rainy when we were there but you could see it would otherwise have a nice view from on top the hill.

This place was really great. The rooms were clean and everything seemed well. The person in the front desk Malcolm greeted us with respect and was very kind. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone near the area, we had a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay here in July. They were very accommodating, and the hotel/rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the view was spectacular!

We've stayed at this hotel twice. Great location right off of the interstate. Only a couple of miles from Ruby Falls! Service was fantastic at check in. Rooms were clean. They offered a good variety for breakfast.

The room was very nice. The queen bed was more like a double bed but the quality of the room more than made up for that. Great breakfast selection and friendly staff.

I was amazingly surprised by the customer service here! Audrey the breakfast woman was such a delight and I stayed 4 nights she was so sweet each morning. Also Malcom the front desk clerk. These two need a raise bc they made my stay above and beyond. This hotel may not be a 4 star hotel but I definitely received 4 star customer service. This will be where I stay whenever I’m in town.
