Tyger River Park Sports Complex

Great sports complex and park! Has so much to do for the entire family; splash pad, playground, walking trails, tons of nature exploration. The baseball & softball fields are in immaculate shape. Always enjoy watching my daughter’s team play there.

Great facility clean well lit great place. Kids are anxious for the playground to open, it's being remodeled.

We spent four days here with my daughter's softball team playing in a USA Softball tournament, absolutely loved it! Incredible fields and amenities, can't wait to return!

One of the best ball complexes around! Plenty of room to spread out. Concession stand & restroom facilities are very clean well maintained. Ball fields are well maintained. Plenty of parking with a walking track around the entire facility. Splash pad for the kids is very helpful for summer tournaments. Love playing here!

One of the best public parks I've seen. Huge playgrounds and very clean. Excellent disc golf course, but very difficult when wild grass is tall.

Awesome place to play baseball. The fields are always in great condition. Always enjoy going to this park.

We were involved in a softball tournament. Three 4 field pods, awesome! What a great way to demonstrate support for youth and spectators. Each pod had bathroom and concession facilities. Convenient parking. Not sure what other activities are supported.

They keep this place extremely clean with plenty of seating throughout for various occasions. The splash pad is an excellent addition to the playground. The kids love it!

I like that they put a work out place in there. My grandkids love it too.

This park is awesome. There are several large jungle gyms, for different ages. Tunnels also go between the park areas. There is a large climbing rope post and a large sand box. During the warm months there is also a 3 part sectioned splash park. A great place to hang out for an afternoon.

A wonderful park for the kids, especially in the summer time. Our girls 7 and 4, like to play on the equipment until they're too hot and then go over to the splash pad to cool off. And the bench seating and enclosed space around the splash pad makes it a great place for parents to cool off in the shade while not having to stress about hovering over the children.

Kids loved it, there's so much to do. If it's not too hot, you could really spend an entire day there. We'll definitely go back again. Tip: Even if you're just going to let the kids play at one of the playgrounds for a little bit, be prepared for a good bit of walking. The bathrooms/parking/playgrounds are all pretty spread out. Also, bring sand toys for the sand box!

Wry nice park... we were there for a softball tournament and the fields were excellent, however you may want to plan on bringing food and drinks because the concession stand ran out of food and drinks and everything else fairly fast. I do hope we have another tournament there soon when the splash pad is open!

We were visiting family and we were trying to find something for the kids to enjoy when we stumbled upon Tyger River Park. We went just for the splash pad and the kids loved it. We will go back on future summer visits to Spartanburg County! It was clean, spacious and plenty of seats for the parents. Very enjoyable.

This was the BEST softball facility that I've ever been to. The fields were perfect, the grass was green and well manicured. The Staff were plentiful and very friendly. If you are ever in Spartanburg, SC make sure you stop by and check this place out!!!

Wow! What a great place. So many cool things to do and hardly anybody here to enjoy it. The splash pad, playground, and disc golf course are amazing. Still such a gem of a place in an area you would not expect. Excellent.

I use Tyger River Park for the Safe and family oriented environment. Kids love the Park playground and water pad. I’ve enjoyed walking around the park. Great place to bring the family.

Always a great experience here. Facilities are clean. No dogs allowed ...keeps the grounds clear of stepping on waste.
