Walmart Photo Center

This was an amazing find. Dr and staff are great. I was given lots of advice on new contacts that are available. They even insisted I wear a (free) pair for a week just to make sure I would be happy.
The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable

Fast service...if not happy with a print they will reprint for no cost.

Clean store, well lit, easy to find, inexpensive

Not bad. Could use a few more instant print kiosks though.

Pictures came out great

I called with a request to get my Wife, Son and Myself for next day after 4pm. The hopurs of their Optician ends at 4 on weekdays. When i inquired about Saturday hours I was relieved to hear they were open. BUT if you wanted to use your insurance this was not an option. Only out of pocket. The hours of this office are not compatible with an hourly paying job for someone employed downtown who has payed for insurance and wants to use it. Anyway, I never got past the appointment stage.
By the way: Quality was never experienced but Google forces an entry. Since I can not speak on Quality I will not give them a bad mark. I DID have a Good Appeal before calling.

The employee working the photo center could not help.. said he was new & didn't offer to get someone who could help.
They cropped the photo card and cut it so it cut into the picture. It was set up on their template, so that should not have been an issue.

I placed my photo order 12/19 and received notification they were done by 12/21. I show up and the machine had broken. It didn't get fixed until 1/1/20! THEN I finally pick up my photos only to see they have missed part of an order and they offered me no discount. When I asked for a supervisor no came, of course. Whenever you need help you can't find anyone to help at Walmart. Awful experience.

I ordered pictures online for pick up. I got my text saying they were ready. When I went there they were not. I was in a rush to get out of there that I didnt realize not all my photos were there. Not only was I charged for pictures I never received but they also charged me for sizes I didnt order.

I don't like going to this Wal-Mart. They never have enough people working at the check outs. The wait to check always takes so long.
