HORRIBLE! AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
I submitted my 2019 Ford Explore V6 basic model information on their website searching for the dual horn set. The website provided me with one dual set for $40. I purchased it and saved the information. A few days later I received a email saying that part did not fit my vehicle and they will send me one that does. A week later I received the package and only had one horn. I emailed the person back with pictures of the part I received and the copy of the part I ordered on their website. I did not hear back for a few days and so I decided to call the company. I spoke to a gut by the name of Clay. He researched my vehicles information on their website and stated I should of received what I originally found and then he told me to reply back on that email about the information he and I found.
Monday 2-19-2024 I sent the email and received one back with unprofessional words. This unknown person stated that Clay did not provide me with correct information. That the part I ordered was incorrect and as stated in a email that I will receive the correct part. I was told to return that package with my expenses and until then I will received my correct part.
I requested a refund. I received a email denying that. I was told since I ordered the wrong part and they corrected me I have to pay for the shipment in order to get the correct part, but it will not be a dual. I provided this person with the images I copied but I received a statement saying I do not know how to order parts correctly..... and so on where I couldn't post here.....
I requested for a manager and been refused.....
So overall what is posted as the correct part on THEIR WEBSITE is actually wrong. Therefore as customers have to suffer...

So I ordered ignition coils for my 2019 Raptor. The tracking says it was delivered to my mailbox on 3/28. I never received the package and reached out to customer service. They advised me to go to the post office to inquire about the package and offered no refund or sending me the items again via UPS or Fedex. The order total was for over $400. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this company. Please be careful when doing business with this company.

Currently trying to get a part sent back because it is a license plate bracket and is 50% wider than a state issued license plate and doesn't fit the plate. They first refused to send a shipping label and wanted to charge 20% restocking. At the prospect of of calling my CC company, Ford, and the BBB, they decided to waive the 20%, but still expect me to pay to send back the bracket. I'll update the review if we get to a better resolution. By the way, they don't actually even have the parts they list for sale. Once you order, they ship to THEM, and then ship to you. Not drop shipping. Two actual shipping trips

I wouldn't recommend ordering any parts from this company no matter the perceived savings. I placed an order for Wheel Well Liners on their site on 8/12. On 8/31 I received a noticed that my order had been canceled because they can't ship these items even though they are for sale on their site and they charged a shipping fee. If your into to slow shipping, slow responses, and random orders being canceled 20 days after you place your order then this is place is for you. If not, then my advice is to avoid this company.

They listed the part as in stock on their website only to later cancel the order without even discussing it. This was after they processed my payment. I would be leary of them.

Buyer beware! Do not order from these people! I ordered some parts for my 2020 fusion on 8/21, finally received them on 9/30. They sent me parts for an expedition instead of a fusion! Will not be doing business here again.

You’ll be sorry if you deal with this company! We ordered a part a week ago and paid for expedited shipping. They gave us the run around all week. Today they send an email saying they had to order the part, that it wasn’t in stock. When asked them where on their page does it say not in stock they canceled our order. We are going to report them. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Been waiting for 7 months for a replacement warranty intake manifold. Might have to just get a lawyer involved thank god for relatives in that field.
