Staff was outstanding! My daughter had just purchased tires, with the next day had one punctured. While my daughter was crying and so upset, they calmly talked to her and they went extra mile inspected the tire, and IT WAS a default in the inner tire and covered under warranty. They were so kind and quick to fix!!! AWESOME JOB

Mr. Albert did a great job working on my tires. He was very honest. He deserves a raise and has earned a 5 star from me. As to telephone answering, yes they can do better...if busy with a customer politely excuse yourself to answer the phone and politely ask caller to hold.

Debbie in the auto department was amazing! Very friendly, she made sure I got new windshield wipers and an air filter.

Great quick service and good prices. We were able to get right in and didn't need to battle front store checkout counters because they let us pay for our 3 items when we paid for our oil and filter change. We have used them before and we will use them again.

My oil change was done in a timely manner. Helpful people some drama going on between cashier and technician very load about how they hate each and how they each do their jobs. Unprofessional but other than that great experience.

This is the SECOND time I have needed help and the automotive department has been nothing but helpful. I needed a battery, the associate helped me with the codes I had, explained the return refund for the old battery and was very nice. Today another gentleman helped with a flat tire, couldn't fix it... found an amazing clearance tire.... and I'm en route. Nothing but great things here. Very friendly and patient to explain tire differences. I will be back!

Robert, The manager for auto care is Awesome. He goes above and beyond to help customers.My car battery was dead and the technicians couldn't drive to Walmart garage. So, he came to the parking lot several times to help me and finally, my car was fixed. Thank you mr. Robert !

Not sure what the other two are on about. Never even heard of a Auto Center anywhere being 24 hours, unless it's a tow truck place I guess lmao! I mean really, I don't know ANYWHERE there being a 24 hour Car repair place.

Either way, this TLE is the best! Robert who is the Manager here is friendly, patient and will go out of his way to make sure that each customer get's the best care for there vehicle. YES this place can get very busy and booked up, and no they do not take appointments. No Walmart TLE in Missouri (not sure of other TLE in Kansas does, though I very much doubt it) has any appointment services. It is first in best dressed.

Mornings can be typically busy, and afternoons after school get's busy, also on weekends. So be prepared to wait, always best to call before you go to get a general idea of how busy it is, though there is absolutely no guarantee it will be when you get there. If there is a wait, they will let you know before they get you booked in, so bring a book, magazine or do your grocery shop while your there if you do have to wait.

I found the best time when it is not busy, is after 10am on any day, though Monday can get busy. But that just speaks highly of there service, think about it, busy TLE, gotta mean something is going good right? =D

The team here at this TLE is bar none the best! They will do there best to work with you, and if anything they go out of there way. Robert (MANAGER) has the best TLE team.

Only go to Walmart for tires or oil changes early in the day. You get in and out quick if you get in and registered before 9am. Later and be prepared to wait some. Afternoon and wait a lot.

I purchased a set of headlight bulbs and got home to notice one was broken. (Tip of it was broke off) tried to use it anyway, the bulb turned orange and then imploded... didn’t work. After standing around for 15min waiting for the Service Super who never showed (because Todd was not helpful in anyway) Debbie asked if she could help. She was able to make the return (because I went to O-Reilly’s and bought a single bulb) and have me on my way! Thank you Debbie! Have a Happy Holiday season!

We came in from out of state with a flat tire close to closing time. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Robert was awesome and got us back on the road quickly.

The manager, Robert, is the most kind and hard worker I've ever known. He goes out if his way to help you. Always had a smile on his face.

I bought a pair of new tires from walmart and the customer service was outstanding! I couldn't ask for better, and I will recommend Walmart auto care to family and friends for sure!

They were wonderful! There was a very long wait; however the Automotive Team were extremely patient with the guest and they express to each customer that there was a long wait.

Who wouldn't love this place what I like most is they have a variety of things that your car, truck motorcycle needs I'm happy for this because when other places are closed I can get certain things from here and management and staff are great 👍

Replaced a warranted W-M auto battery in an expeditious manner with no problem and courteous service...doesn't get much better than that !!!
