Harrah's Lake Tahoe

This was our first visit to Lake Tahoe after 40 years and first time at Harrah’s. The room was fantastic with two full bathrooms. But the most memorable were the wonderful dealers and concierge Courtney who patiently answered all our questions and helped us prior to our visit. Buphendra Dave was also notable as a very friendly and professional cashier along with the others on duty during our visit. We highly recommend this casino. We are looking forward to coming back here.

Rooms were great! Love having 2 full bathrooms in the room. The casino wasn't super busy. We didn't visit the pool. We enjoyed the walk in the tunnel to access Harvey's. There is also a arcade here

I loved the room. Two bathrooms is absolutely amazing to have! And they're full bathrooms. One with a tub and one with a stand up only style shower. Mini fridge. Nice big spacious room. Huge window. Cannot complain. The casino was pretty cool. The 18th floor steakhouse was amazing. I wanted to go to the Italian place too but it's temporarily closed. Valet Parking for diamond and above was soooo worth it...I would definitely go back here!

Great place to stay and eat. Everyone was helpful and had fun. Slots were a little tight but lots of table games. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights. I will be back!

Pragna was such a big help when an issue happen on the slot machine we were playing. She walked us to the high limit room and directed us to the manager to get the problem solved. Pragna was professional and courteous. Thank you!!

I was lucky to win a small jackpot! Pragna was the attendant that payed me out. She has worked at Harrah’s for many years and has always been friendly and provided wonderful service, as do many of the employees here.

There are two bathrooms in every room!! There is a Starbucks on the main floor. Wonderful restaurants on the top floor. It’s a quick walk to Heavenly Village, shopping, restaurants, the gondola, ice skating and movie theater. It’s our favorite place to stay in Lake Tahoe!

Staff was polite, rooms nice and clean. Very quiet, you can relax. Has swimming pool jacuzzi and exercise room,with continental breakfast.

I had an amazing experience at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe. Specifically, Pragna Rawal and Maria Aranda made our experience memorable. They kept our spirits up and gave us good fortune with their amazingly positive attitude. And even brought us good fortune when we hit the jackpot on the bank buster machine. Thank you so much Pragna and Maria!

Only came here to play blackjack.
I loved the dealers here - they were professional and friendly.
Weekends is $25 min for blackjack unless you show up before 8pm, in which case it’s $15 min.
Drink servers were attentive after 8pm, can’t find em around too much before that.
Vibe here is better than Harvey’s imo.

Harrah’s Lake Tahoe and Harvey’s LakeTahoe casinos are a lot of fun. There is a mix of slot machines – new and classic, so there are many choices for slot machine lovers. The casinos are top notch, very clean and everyone who works at both casinos is extremely helpful. One member of the slot machine department named Pragna is notable. Pragna has been welcoming me and answering any and every question I have ever had about the casinos and their entertainment/restaurants for many years. It wouldn’t be a great trip to Lake Tahoe without Pragna’s kind assistance.

Came here for Valentines getaway. Great location for gift shopping and dining. Everything is within walking distance.

I came from harveys. Check inn staff Manuel and Sébastien where wonderful. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Made the experience a breeze. Room is spectacular, and the views can't be beat!

I recently stayed here for 3 nights earlier this week, and my stay went really well. Of course, it's a hotel/ casino, so the gaming area is about what you would expect with tables, slot machines, and other betting/ gaming options. I do feel this is the best hotel/ casino in the area due to everything that is available here. I loved their options at the food court, and they also have a restaurant downstairs. There is just a good variety of eating options to choose from. The pool was nice and good-sized. However, the hot tub was out of order when I was there, so I didn't get to experience that. Also, I would say the gym area is really above average for a hotel gym. You could definitely get a good workout there for the decent equipment that is in the gym. The arcade is really big and enjoyable for all ages. I loved the little shops they have, including their gift shop. Let me get to the rooms now. Well the rooms are really comfortable and nice. There are double restrooms in the rooms, and it's a great feature to have! The double restrooms were one of my favorite things about my stay. The customer service was on point, especially with the way they check up on you via mobile texts. Location wise, this hotel is located in a great spot. Close to many things and activities like other hotels/casinos, to the heavenly village shops, to the gondola, to the movie theater, to the lake, and just many other things. I thought it was neat that this hotel is in Nevada, but if you walk a couple blocks towards the heavenly village shops, you find yourself in California. The two minor complaints I had were that I didn't like that smoking was allowed indoors in the gaming area. It got nauseating. The other complaint is when you enter from the back parking lot there are just stairs and no elevator. It makes it hard for handicap people like people in wheel chairs or people with a lot of luggage to get down the stairs. Other than those two things, I really enjoyed my stay here, and I would stay here again if I came back to Lake Tahoe.

Company i work for payed for everything. The rooms and atmosphere is nice, I didn't have a bad experience, maybe a bit uncomfortable at one point due to house keeping coming in at 9 a.m. waking me up, now this is a hotel/casino and we had rented the 16th floor for drinks which was a fun experience and dinner at the Friday station where i also had a good time the employees there really were committed to giving us the best service and experience and fulfilled all our needs to help us enjoy our food they even vibed with us really well and participated a bit with everyone in solving our dinner debates with eachother that was fun, they're good people. They didn't have the Ale i wanted to drink but an employee that i didn't catch the name of made a great recommendation of an alternative of Ale for me that i really enjoyed but it was stronger than what i'm used to so I got drunk had fun at the casino. Tried to sleep off my hangover the next morning where house keeping woke me up by opening my door and coming in, of course they apologized and left. I was told i had checkout at 3 p.m. but after verifying at the counter they said it was at 11 a.m. for me and a few others that we had all traveled here together for it. So i don't know how that happened but we proceeded with checkout after finding out our actual checkout time in a rush as we thought we still had time. Overall though besides that bit. The whole experience was great. A thing about the rooms the coffee machine waa dirty and so were all the cups not cleaned thoroughly and dusty.

Rooms are nice, restaurants were pretty good. Big parking lot in the back with plenty of space.

This was our first time staying at Harrah's. We have always walked through but this was first time staying. Superseded all our expectations. We were able to get an upgrade to a higher floor which we had a great view of the golf course and peek-a-boo view of the lake. The room was nice and updated. I would say the TV could use an upgrade; but we weren't there to watch TV. Overall the stay was great. The topper was that we had left some garments in the room. When we realized it, it was too late to turn back. Called security and they personally went to our room to retrieve items. When I went back (we live in nearby city), Jose the security guard went above and beyond. He was super cool and helpful. Thanks, Jose! Great casino/hotel with a fun atmosphere.

Hit the poker machine at the bar while my played slots. Turned my 20 into 70 plus free beer. Great time

Honestly pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. The pool was also great and the location was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
