Tamarack Resort

Tamarack is such a fun and beautiful area. Skiing, snowboarding, and biking are excellent with very well designed and maintained trails. Apart from the trails, there are very nice restaurants at the village, but pricey. It's sell worth visiting!

Great day for spring skiing. I love how they have really gone to great lengths to mark rocks and bare spots to help keep people safe. This resort is never crowded. Great bunny hill for learners. Love the atmosphere

I have been here in February twice and the conditions have been fantastic. The mountain has a great variety and some 4+ mile long lines. The village is great although only 2 dinner restaurants. Seven Devils (good bar food and great drinks) and The Reserve (high end but casual steak house that books out so reservations are recommended). We took take out from here multiple nights and brought it back to our room. We stayed in Rosebury 304. These condos are top of the line. The finishes and furnishing are incredible. We love it here. The only desires would be for a sit down breakfast spot. Another nice dinner spot. And for the coffee and ice cream shops to stay open until 9pm.

Love Tamarack will definitely be back. My group of 9 had a blast snowmobiling off trail. I took a 3hour snowboard class with Tucker, he was great. I definitely felt I got my moneys worth. He knows the mountain and can adapt to how you’re are learning. He identified I had the basics down and got me in a direction to excel me on the greens. The entire staff as a whole is exceptional and friendly. Thanks J

So beautiful and so good! Rent at roseberry! Literally ski in and ski out. Rooms are nice and have all the amenities for cooking and chilling. There is a valet (free) to store your skis after use so u don’t need to drag them up to your room!

I was a first time skier a couple weeks ago. I decided to take an adult ski lesson with Butter. He was fantastic. I came in timid and he was so encouraging & an obviously well seasoned instructor. I came out of the lesson feeling accomplished & more confident. Butter made it easy to start a new sport. Definitely recommend!

Can't comment about lodging, but the mountain was great. We boarded here for 3 days and despite the weather being poor, the mountain was in really good condition. The upper mountain had some really nice advanced terrain and good powder despite the poor weather.

Signed my kids (6f & 4m) up for a private ski lesson and they had the best time. We have always had great instructors and Brady was no different. He was great with both kids and made sure the both progressed in such a short time. Definitely coming back again!

What a Great place to ski! The length of the trails were Amazing!!! We had a Bluebird day and a Powder Day! Both were fantastic! We plan to visit again!

Jordan Foster was my 5 year old nephews ski instructor for the day! It was his first time on skis and his first trip to the snow. He was very nervous and it took a lot of convincing that morning. Within minutes, of meeting Jordan he was at ease! He had a wonderful day and he is ready to go again! Thank you so much for a perfect day, Jordan!

From the moment we arrived, Tamarak Resort exceeded all expectations. As someone who cherishes every ski vacation, this place holds a special spot in my heart. The culinary scene at Tamarak Resort was a journey of its own. Each restaurant we visited served phenomenal dishes that warmed us up after a day on the slopes. It's rare to find such a mix of great dining options in a ski resort, but Tamarak nailed it.

Awesome resort just a couple hours north of Boise! Better skiing, amenities, great folks working there, and all for a better price than nearby Brundage resort.

Didn't stay at Tamarack but have skied there the last few years. Great skiing and staff. The stores and bars are super nice.

Beautiful lodge, amazing scenery. We rented a condo, ski in and out, Beautiful fireplace, hot tub outside, fabulous coffee shop, heated sidewalks! You'll love it!

Best I've ever ski'd on deepest powder the cliffs on both sides of the top chair are epic. 20 foot drops to deep powder. Amazing 👏

Noel instructed our son during his first ski lesson today and she was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be going back to her again at Tamarack.

WOW! That is what I will start with. I had my wedding here on 1st DEC 2023. Isla was AMAZING at helping me coordinate using the Chapel at the Arling Center and helping set my reception at the Fern and Feather in the Lodge. Everything was perfect!!
The staff upon arrival were friendly, helpful, and so easy to work with. We had multiple people checking in to the lodge and they were spot on. Since they were renovating rooms they ensured we were not bothered by it, by moving us to a different floor. The area around the Lodge was so beautiful. I got a winter wonderland snow wedding since it snowed on my wedding day. I can't say enough about the rooms which were GORGEOUS and the friendly staff. I definitely want to return and check out the Village and maybe get som skiing in. It is worth the drive an money to stay here. Thank you so much.

Just finished an amazing snowboarding lesson with Brady Kradbel, from the start he was super friendly and seemed eager to not only be out there on the mountain but to be teaching as well. He works with your pace and focused on making sure you’re comfortable and safe on the board. Overall a really amazing time and would recommend anyone looking to do private lessons to seek them from Brady Kradbel.

We rode in, it was pretty quiet, we only went to the market this trip. They were having a band later on that afternoon.
