The Puppy Store Saratoga Springs

We just discovered this store today and super happy that we found it. They have really nice employees and cute puppies too. We had some questions and the budget that we want to stay within and the employee who was helping us was very helpful and she gave us so much information that we were looking for. We got all the information that we needed and some pictures as well and now we just need to come back to get a new family member from them.

The puppy store has a friendly staff that will assist you in finding the perfect addition to your family. The process for getting a puppy is smooth and painless. The best thing about the experience is being able to play with your future puppy and also the variety of breeds. I recommend this store to those that are looking to add a cute puppy to their family! This was an overall great experience.

We went in and met the most angelic golden doodle. This Puppy store really cares about the dogs they have. They were all in good health, clean, and happy. The staff is professional and helpful, and willing to work with what you can afford, as far as payment plans. I cannot recommend this place enough. Even though our lives and the puppy’s life didn’t line up, I still had an experience I will never forget.

The Puppy Barn was awesome! My wife didn’t know we were walking out with a puppy that day.... but we did haha. The process was super easy and fast, the staff was so nice and all the puppies were great! We love our little Pineapple!

Amazing store, they have the cutest puppies around. The puppies are covered with a two year health genetic guarantee and come microchipped too. The employees are extremely nice and willing to let you pet the puppies. They also have payment plans if financing is needed. We are super impressed!

My kids beg to come here. We aren’t ready for a dog yet but being able to interact with abs see the puppies is helping us figure out what we want. The staff answered all our questions and the puppies seem happy.

Very friendly puppy store !! All of the staff is really helpful and my 4 year old daughter loves to come here to play with the dogs. We come almost everyday and they let her play with one puppy at a time for as long as she wants. It’s also a very clean store and all of the puppies seemed well taken care of .

We played with 2 puppies today and they were mild mannered and the most lovable dogs ever!!! One of them was a miniature poodle! My son who is very timid with dogs loved him!

The Puppy Store is always a fun and friendly place to go. You can tell all the puppies are well taken care of and they’re all super playful as well. The staff is also super friendly and can help you with any questions you have! I played with the Dachshund, it was the most friendliest and playfulness puppy ever! Overall it was a fun experience

I bought this precious Pom today, I am not sure who the lady was that sold him to me. But she sat and talked to me, and gave me a lot of info on the puppies I was Interested in. My family is so excited to have this puppy

First off I wanna start by saying how much I love my dog. This is Sirius, He’s a boarder collie heeler I got A year and a half ago on September 14th, 2017. I love him so much he was the last of his litter at the puppy barn and I’m happy to have given him a home. hes my best friend and I could go on about how he saved my life idk like to think but there another point I would like to get across today. Puppy barn as a business is just trying something new that most places haven’t yet but since it’s a success people protest and throw a fit about it cause they’ve built a name for themselves. People don’t say much about cows or cats or other pet shops, they don’t talk about the pound or animal hospitals that are over crowded. Puppy barn does there best to keep up with all the rules and regulations best they can like any place. I got my puppy from them he’s healthy as whistle and they showed me and keep showing me ways to take care of my animal! Lets make something clear these are living things and just like any baby animal(including humans) they need to be taken care of and are super vulnerable at that young age, just like we were. so I don’t think it fair for people to point figure unless an animal is being neglected, abused and or starved. Which they are not! Their are thousands of under ground dog breading pins in the US and if the puppy barn didn’t start thinking of selling puppies this way a lot more would probably have died do to owners not know how to take care of them. They buy puppies families that seem responsible they then distribute them, as well as get them their shots up to date. They can only do so much care as a small business but as it grows so does revenue and so dose puppy care. Essentially they save puppy from families that don’t know how to take care of a litters and put them some where they can get care and love. Not just with them but with families. Pretty much all news is bad new these days so it make me mad when people are focused on destroying something that has brought joy to so many lives. Especially small furry lives. I appreciate them for keeping the puppy barn in check but jumping on every bandwagon is not the way.

I love coming and seeing these puppies! My little girls love it too. We come to play with them every once in a while and the employees are so kind and answer any questions we have! They take really good care of the pups and are just trying to find great homes for them.

I love the puppy store! All the puppies are so happy and playful! They take care and are super kind to the customers. When I asked to hold the puppies they were super nice about it. They let me take my time! I totally recommend this store if you are looking for a good dog:)

I know these kinds of stores get a lot of bad rep for “puppy mills” but I honestly don’t think that’s going on here. The dogs are all healthy and they are doing their best to keep them that way. Of course things can still happen because they are puppies and their vaccines aren’t complete until they are much older but they do their best. The facility was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Please don't judge this place before you've properly educated yourself on how they operate.

Their puppies aren't sourced from mills and they don't all have parvo like many will suggest or tell you. Their puppies come from breeders that they have built relationships with so you never know what puppies they will have because their breeders don't have a constant supply like a mill would. They also have licensed vet techs on staff that tend to the puppies so if a puppy were sick they would get the proper care they need and wouldn't be placed with the other puppies until they were well.

The staff here is always so nice and they don't mind if you come in to handle the dogs. You can also ask them what breeds they expect to get in the coming weeks and they can usually tell you so if you are looking for a specific breed they may have it if they don't have one in the store that day.

We love the Puppy Store! The attention the staff give to the pups is so comforting to know they are well taken care of before they get their forever home. The staff are also kind with the customers. My daughter enjoys visiting each week to say hello to the pups and staff! We love Autumn. She is very knowledgeable of the pups and so helpful.

Wonderful place adorable dogs. Give you time to play with the puppies would definitely recommend comming here.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at this store! We have gone in numerous times looking for just the right puppy. The staff are all helpful and kind. The puppies are sweet and happy. They are very accommodating.
