Great Staff and Customer service!
I ordered online and in-store and both services were great! The app works well and it is easy to use. I always get my food quick and employees always get me the best service ever. I totally recommend this Cafe Rio at Orem. Also, the environment is very good to have a great time with family members, friends or a date.

After only ever getting their fire-grilled steak, salmon, or chicken burrito for quite some time, I thought I'd try something new. I got their Sweet Pork Barbacoa tacos, and was pleasantly surprised. The pork was very sweet and had a little tang to it. It was dripping in juice and flavour, which combined with the freshly pressed flour tortilla perfectly. Aside from the clump of fat I got in my final bite, I enjoyed the whole thing.

This guy with some facial hair making food is awesome! He's got a great attitude, always pleasant. The white lady at the register is the worst, terrible attitude and always grumpy. I would leave a bad review but the guy is so nice

Ana and her team always delivers world class services. They are very friendly, happy to help guests and take orders in a timely and convenient manner. I highly recommend this location to my friend and family for a true authentic Mexican food.

Tasty and fresh Mexican-inspired cafeteria style. The wait is easily 15+ minutes at nearly any time of day, but you can order take out and skip the line. I love the salads (sweet pork is always a win) but nearly everything is good (and by nearly, my only exception is the fideo, which is mostly just lame in comparison to the other dishes).
The loyalty app is probably my favorite restaurant app. They regularly offer bonus points, and the rewards come in $10 increments that you can spend as you like and stack (so you can earn $30 and spend it all at once) rather than the reward coming in free items, like a free entree.
The new location is way better than the previous one...lots of natural light and better seating.

I come here quite often and most of the time it’s 5 star quality food and portion size. Today’s visit was perfect. The food was excellent the staff was cool and even served me with a smile. I had the smothered chicken burrito today and it was great. Chips were fresh today as well as I picked up chips and salsa.
Pay attention they charge for guacamole and extra salsa for the chips which I think Is weak but they can get away with it.

This place is a win for the entire family. The variety in the menu has something for everyone. My favorite is the steak, black bean nachos.

Another great experience. The food is assembled how you like it. In my case that means tortilla, beans, and rice are on the side, and the salad is loaded with extra meat. They are happy to oblige and I get the meal I want. Macros for every ingredient are also posted on their website.

I can't think of an item from their menu that I haven't liked. The queso and house dressing are a delicious staple.

One of my favorite lunch and dinner places! Unpretentious, decorated with brightly colored walls and furniture.
I tried the new bowl with cooked veggies and have to say it's nice they decided to add something for the people who prefer veggies to meat. However, the bowl was too small for ota content and some veggies were undercooked. Besides, there is no price on the wall,so the staff has to explain to everyone who decides to order what that is and how much it costs.

Had the Mexican noodle special for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I also tried the mint lime drink and have a new favorite! This restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. I had an added bonus when I bumped into an old friend working their - Ashley Greenberg Meza. We knew each other in Florida.

The food is good, but some of them could use some hardcore training on interpersonal skills. With that said, on occasion, you get super great people. But, I keep going back, mainly because their food is always delicious, and portion sizes fill me up. Nothing authentic about it, but they make some great food. About $15 - $20 for main attractions. 😉

Cafe Rio is always a fun environment with good food at a reasonable price. The Orem location is a good location that gets it right.

They did everything just as we ordered. It made our event go so smoothly!
