Absolutely will be returning back to this store! After dealing with tech support multiple times off and on for 4-5 weeks we went to the circlevile location. After being at the Verizon store, this gentlemen fixed my phone in literally 5 minutes!! We will be returning to this store even being 30 min drive!! Thank you for being awesome!

No complaints. Jeff was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Surprised charger and cord don't come with the phone anymore. But that's the economy and inflation.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. I’d been putting off getting a new phone for a while because in the past it’s always been such an headache. Today I had no choice but to get a new one. It was nice the store hours were open so late on a Sunday, making it super convenient. The staff here was AMAZING! Sydney was very friendly and helpful. She made getting a new phone way easier than it’s been in the past. Everything was transferred in no time and she did an excellent job explaining all the details to me and made everything so seamless. The other lady there was very nice and helpful to all the customers she had. Highly recommend this store!

Awesome store! The folks at this store are not out to get into your wallet, yes it's a store and they have a product to sell but they are all about their customers. Friendly, knowledgeable and they take their time with each customer so that our (your) needs are met. Just as important for us is how we have been treated after the sale, whether it's questions, problems or anything else they are as friendly, courteous and helpful. A great store with amazing staff. Thanks again for all your help!
