Walmart Supercenter

I know that I can count on Walmart to have all of my supplement needs and cheaper prices in the groceries. They don't always have some of the things that I know I can get at Kroger, but I do know that I can count on Walmart for most of my needs. Everyone there always treats me very well and is very accommodating.

I had to buy a new tire at Walmart but I called before I went talked with Mandy from service repair she was very helpful and when I got there she kept to her word about what I was to expect so I had a great experience at Walmart and the guy that put the tire on I wish I would have paid a attention to his name but anyways he was very nice also, thank you guys for keeping me on the road safe 🙂

All of the staff members were extremely helpful and kind. Saw employees picking up any trash as they walked around helping other customers. Very little to no lines at self check out or regular registers.

I had to run in REALLY fast to grab Any jacket (1st one I could find lol, was in a BIG Hurry) and it was RIGHT in the front and ended up finding the short jean jacket I've Been wanting lol. It was meant to be. On the end isle, of course I Had to grab a couple of Halloween lashes too lol.

I am in the process of driving my Motorhome from Michigan to North Carolina for the winter. This Cillicothe, Ohio Walmart graciously allowed me to spend the night in their parking lot, something we are seeing less and less of... especially out west.

This morning, I was off to a slow start from not feeling well. And, I was still not 100% from back surgery 2 weeks ago plus my right/dominate hand got bitten badly by a Golden 4 days ago. So, I was really looking forward to getting to my winter destination and relaxing. But my motorhome said, "Noooooooo!" This morning was the time that the motorhome's starter battery decided to die. But, no worries. I was right there by the Automotive Department of Walmart.
A very polite and professional young man named Brian came out and took notes on the type of battery I had (which was the original and probably needed to be replaced soon anyway). He drove me back to their waiting room, found the correct new battery, and then drove me back to do the installation for me in the parking lot. Since most people come in on their own power, my situation was highly unusual but they could see I was having a hard time (no lifting >10 pounds from my surgery plus a temporarily useless hand from the dogbite). So, Brian bent over backwards and did everything in his power to help me. I hope the management at this Walmart plus at the regional level see my positive comments about Brian because he deserves a lot of praise from within Walmart. And, he deserves a big fat raise too... something that sadly, I cannot contribute to. 😉

Great prices on all sorts of stuff. The team was a little absent but none the less I got what I needed and paid a decent price.

Had everything I needed for Christmas dinner.. employees were really helpful in the food department and everything was pretty well stocked

Walmart corporate needs to invest in a remodel for the location in Chillicothe, Ohio. It still has the brown exterior and old interior from a long time ago. It needs to get the latest remodel package. After all, it is one of the highest performing Walmart’s, so you need to put some money into it.

Update: This Walmart will be getting a complete remodel and it will be expanding very soon.

Not overly crowded. Lots of staff members restocking items. A lot of orders getting filled for pickup. I went to get an office chair, the associate got it out of the rack and loaded it in my cart

Like always I can always find good deals at Walmart love the selections n great prices too

It's clean, it's easy to find what you need and self checkout makes the visit speedier. Great value for money

It would have 5 stars but they are always out of lots of items. Not just a few here or there. Most of the employees are nice too
Update... things are getting much better. Today they had every single item I wanted. Being a plus member is pretty cool when using the scan n go

I've been using curbside pickup and I have loved the experience so far. This is coming from a lady who said I would never let someone else shop for me. I would definitely recommend that service.

They have the best fishing gear, and hunting stuff anywhere around me. We had a price problem with a fishing pole and the girl walked to the back and gave us the price it should have been. She was very nice I wish I could remember her name.

Plenty of selections fair prices. The employees are helpful.cashiers smile at you no matter what they dealt with before.changing up season to season.they have curb side delivery which is a plus and you can get items shipped to you if prefer. Have a lot of sale items for back to school and up to date on holiday items

Need to stock the shelves more frequently.b

My pharmacy here at the Walmart in Washington Court house are the absolute best. They go out and beyond to help me get prescriptions right. They put in work. Professional courteous great customer service and treat like family .

This pickup service is something I thought I would never use!! I absolutely love this. Such a huge time saver. Employees have been exceptional. Thomas was my carry out person last time, and this time it was either Autumn, or Amber, lol, sorry, can't remember, but both were so courteous, and it seemed as though they really enjoyed their jobs!! Well done Walmart!
