Kohl's

I had trouble placing an online order, so went to the store then there was a problem wrong address to ship. After all of the issues were cleared up the manager Melody help me place the order again and did everything she could to make my experience pleasant. I’m so appreciative of, the wonderful staff at our Kohl’s store and a huge thank you to Melody

I visited the Kohl’s in Chillicothe, Ohio yesterday and was checked out by a young man named “Goose” he was efficient, caring, polite! He makes my realize our country does have a future! Thank you!

I went to 3 stores before I found what I was looking for, I wanted a jacket not a hoodie.

Everything went well and when we got done shopping we got checked out right away and this little blonde was a sweet heart that checked us out. Can't remember her name. It was a pleasure .

I was so impressed with the help your cashier number 10 gave me. She answered all my questions. The 1st transaction went so smoothly. At 62 and having a sight impairment, she so patient. I'm glad I shopped at Kohls. I even found blouses suitable for my vacation. I'll be shopping with Kohls a lot, I think.
