I've ordered online through EVParts, Peter does excellent work with customer service; he is very friendly, knows his field well, and wants to get you a fair deal. He is able to find you the part that is hard to find anywhere else. Though I am in Fresno and he is in New York, we were able to communicate clearly and get my order through.

Buying batteries from across the country is an intimidating thing, but the effort to which EV Parts Guy went through to make sure that I got my batteries safely shipped to me has been incredibly reassuring. I've been searching for a specific bolt for my Tesla and found EV Parts Guy on eBay with what I needed. It's a small inexpensive part but the Tesla service centers have not had them in stock with the global supply shortages. Peter has offered to send me the bolts for free! wow! I'll be coming back with my future needs.

Keeping my 2012 Tesla Model S on the road can be a challenge at times, especially as it relates to random parts since I'm not near a service center. EV Parts Guy has the parts I need, and even went out of their way to send me a couple bolts I needed the next day! I will keep buying my parts here, and so should you :)
