Great gym with awesome environment if CrossFit is what you’re looking for. Chris is a great instructor and is all in.

Best gym I've ever been too! Every time I come here, I feel that I have a second family. Everyone is welcoming and funny. Coach Chris is the man! He makes sure I'm doing the workouts correctly and pushes me to do the best I possibly can.

The Champions Club is my second family! The people of this gym welcome you in and never make you feel alone! They encourage you to do your best and to never give up! Chris is an amazing coach that takes his time to make sure you are doing the best you possibly can and he pushes you to do what you thought you could never do before!

This Box is the best!  The only thing better, are the people who come here. They (we) have a solid group that encourages and supports one another.
I'm an older guy (50) who spent my life keeping fit, working out one way or another.
I was amazed to find so many flaws in my form, which were a direct result to so many of my body aches and ailments.
The owner Chris,  it's a good guy,  he will give you a gentle push or a kick in the ass,  depending on which one he sees fit at the moment. His special attention to proper form and his WOD (classes) make it interesting and fun every day.

Great place with great people. Coach Chris definitely pushes you to the limit. I've seen alot of people do things they didn't were possible, but he takes you to the next level. If you are looking for a quik chisle sesh here n there this probably isn't your place. If you are looking for a fitness commitment this is your place. "Rome wasn't built in a day "

I was traveling for work and this box was directly across the street from my hotel. Chris and his members were extremely welcoming and the workouts were great! They are the perfect CrossFit family and I’m glad I could be a part of it for a few days!

Each year Chris has a "Lifts 4 Gifts" event that benefits the Madison Heights Goodfellows "No Child Without a Christmas" program. Club members and others donate money and toys as they participate in the event. Thank you for helping the families of Madison Heights.

Chris and the other coaches are THE BEST! They challenge my 8 year old's agility, strength, and speed while making it fun the entire time!

First I wanted to join the club very much. So I called and talked with a guy named Chris who made me very uncomfortable. That made up my mind quickly- go somewhere else.
