This was my first time using a tax prep service. I have to say that Jessica was extremely fast in preparing my return. Literally 2 hours from the time I brought the paperwork in and when the return was signed and filed. And she got more money back than I anticipated by filing a new 1040 for seniors. And she explained all the paperwork, times, and fees. I was very pleased with her customer service and the fast turn around which saved me a ton of time.

Jessica was absolutely amazing she answered any and all questions I had. Was a pleasure to talk to and made this a positive experience! I will definitely be back and hope to have her again!!

I could not be happier with the service, after told they were walk-in appointment. I was the first person there. To find out that it's by appointment as well. I was greeted by a woman named Jessica Freels, she took me anyway! Then her 10am appointment came and she was the only one there. She did both of us and she was Amazing! Even dealing with the phone calls, the problems with computer and printer she didn't miss a beat. She did not get frustrated or anything. She just fixed problem after problem and she had both of us out of there in an hour!

Our taxes were done QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY and PLEASANTLY! We had been going to Rockford to a competing tax service and the difference in service has caused us to go to Sterling the last few years. The people here are AWESOME! (O.K. , I'LL admit it - Nikki is my favorite)
