Excellent service ! I needed documents prepared so that I could sign before going into surgery and a worker came to the Hospital with the paperwork in time for me to sign necessary documents. Also good financial advice and prompt service every time !!!

A really great in-person banking experience. I tried to set up an account online and it was a NIGHTMARE! I had to try 3 different times until I gave up and finally went in person. Tina helped us and she was so great and sweet. We were able to get our account set up easily and she made sure to follow-up with us. We had an issue with my partner's card which she helped us fix so quickly. Would give 5 stars if not for the online set up being a hassle and the fact I did an external transfer and it took nearly over a week to show up. Other than that, great and easy experience. Thank you Tina!!!!!!

Their "fraud prevention" protocols will arbitrarily leave you high and dry in an emergency situation or looking like a fool at checkout with absolutely no notice of any kind. When they are the only ones that have taken unauthorized fees also without any notice. They will protect you from spending your own money. I don't need a mommy I need a debit card I can use when I need too. Not to mention the time wasted to call customer service to get them to turn it back on.
