Valvoline Express Care

We brought in our 1995 Jaguar and the staff was excellent to have what we needed. They were very kind. It's nice when you go somewhere and they actually talk to you and are not rude. We will definitely return with our other vehicle. Thanks guys you were 👍 great. Walt Hamilton

My experience was the best! These service gentlemen worked together to make sure I knew every concern I had about my vehicle was covered. Im not sure tipping your service gentlemen is a thing but boy I sure wanted to! Then the price that I paid! Incredibly unbelievable! WoW! Then I received a car wash for free. Best visit ever!

The manager Joe is amazing!!! He goes above and beyond his duties to make sure me and my girls get the services we need. Also theres another guy there that is very very helpful! He is very kind and very helpful. He might be an assistant to Joe. Thanks for the service

Nice. Helpful.Honest. They were knowledgeable about my van and ware things are located....ie my interior filter and making me aware of the cost. Very happy will go back again.

The "change oil soon" notification came up on my dashboard while driving on the I-88. I Googled the closest oil change place and found this one. Fantastic service, Ryan the manager was awesome. His crew was also very knowledgeable and efficient. They even threw in a car wash! Definitely recommend. Respectful and good service. I would gladly use again.

Fast friendly with a car wash included with full service oil change been going there for years. Had them do a coolant flush and changed a gas filter once all 5 star 🌟

I'm not one to just go anywhere to have my oil changed but my usual place was not available so I came to the Express Care wonderful service very respectful young men kept me updated on what I needed and did not need I will return!

2024: Still using Valvoline Express Care and still very satisfied. Joe: I was in 6/20 & one of your guys found (and fixed) a loose air filter connection. (sorry, forgot his name) Keep him around! See you in another 3,000 miles.

Got my oil changed here yesterday and I had my dog with me in the back seat. Joe saw the dog, and came back with a couple treats when I got my new oil sticker. I’ve been going here for my oil changes for years and I refuse to go anywhere else, great shop and great guys workin there!

I took my '97 Buick Lesabre into the Rock Falls Valvoline, the workers there were friendly and very helpful. They asked where I normally like my tires psi and showed that they topped off all my levels and that my oil was right where it should be on the dipstick.... I go there for all my oil changes
