We bought flooring for our home from Carpetland. I looked at many different types of flooring and went to many different places. I have to say that Jason at the Sterling Carpetland was so patient and new exactly what I was looking for. He also helped us getting the flooring when needed it. He even took the time out to deliver it to my home. We are very happy with the flooring that we bought. It was perfect color, quality, and size. But we are even more happy with the service we received. Thank you very much.

My family and I live in a 117 year old house in Dixon and we needed new floors. We chose our luxury vinyl and Jesse Loertscher, from Just Lucky Artisans, came in and was very thorough and professional. Our floors are absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with the work that Jesse did!!!

We purchased new flooring for the entire house from Joan in Sterling, IL. We told her what we wanted and in a few minutes, she had samples laid out for us to look at. We decided on several different ones and took them home to make the final decisions. After deciding which ones we wanted, Lateef James came to install our new flooring. I cannot say enough good things about him. Very Professional, Very Neat, Very Fast, Cleaned Up Constantly, Very Friendly, and his installation is second to none. You should ask for him to install your flooring. We looked at several other stores before buying from Carpetland. We felt that we got the Best Service, a very competitive price, and a Great Install from Carpetland. We also bought flooring that has a very long warranty. We feel good knowing that Carpetland will be there should we need warranty in the future. With four Grandkids at our house almost daily, our floors get a lot of wear. The photo of the carpet is a seam. Bet you can't see it, we can't and we know where it is.

We had Mr. Roger Box install a floor about 4 years ago and were pleased with his work and still enjoy that flooring choice. We had hoped he was still available when we decided to do 4 rooms at once. He was, and we cannot say enough about his attention to detail. He knows what he is doing and was very diligent with getting the job done and cleaned up so well there really was not anything for me to do when he was finished! We had several squeaks in the old floor and he found and took care of every one of them. The floor is quiet and gorgeous! A huge "THANK YOU" to Roger Box!! He was kind and respectful to us and made sure I made decisions when we were faced with an option for an area. I highly recommend this installer, he is amazing! Our Salesperson Michael G. Smith, was energetic and knew his options in flooring. My husband was full of questions and Michael was more than happy to make sure he answered all of them, sometimes, more than once! Thank you, guys, I love my new floors! Pictures never do it justice but, WOW!!

Recently went into the Sterling Carpetland location and was helped by Bryan. Not only did he guide me through the options with genuine enthusiasm, but his attention to detail ensured I got exactly what I wanted. The whole process was much easier than I expected, and I'm thrilled with the result. Highly recommend his expertise and personable approach.

We received excellent customer service from Tyler Johnson. Tyler brought samples to our home based on our preferences. He did a wonderful job of choosing samples that made our decision an easy one. Our first choice was over budget, so he returned to our home with an almost exact replica that was within our cost.

We had a strict timeline to get the carpet installed before we moved in and Tyler did everything he could to meet the needed dates. When working with a quick timeline, there are usually issues that arise, but our installation timeline was flawless. Thank you again to Tyler for making this run so smooth.

Scott and his team, also worked efficiently and diligently to get the job done. It was a lot of work and they kept at it. They did an excellent job of installing a difficult patterned Berber.

All in all, our experience with the Sterling Carpetland USA was a very favorable one. Thank you again to Tyler and Scott and his team. We are loving the carpet and our new home and their efforts are the reason why.

We give Jason Smith and the Sterling, IL, Carpetland a 5 ⭐ rating. It took 3 months, give or take, but we finally got our floor done. Jason Smith, manager of the store, worked with us from the beginning to the end of the project. If something could go wrong with this floor it did. First contractors weren’t very good so 1st floor had to be removed and replaced . While waiting for a replacement piece of flooring, it was discontinued. Jason brought new samples to our house for us to chose a new floor. . That flooring was cut wrong, so Jason sent someone to pick up a new piece. Finally workday happens and the old new piece was removed and floor prepped for the new piece of vinyl. Overnight the contractor was in an accident ( he on the mend) so Jason found us another contractor who came and finished the floor. Thank you Jason for helping us with our flooring. It looks amazing. Jason went above and beyond to help us. He definitely earned the 5 ⭐ ‘s. I would go back to him for any flooring needs again.

We live in Iowa and chose to use this location because of the wonderful customer service we received from Allen. He helped us choose the perfect carpet at a price that fit the budget given to us by our insurance company. Allen was trustworthy and helpful. Kurt and Chris from Carpetland installed our carpet quickly and were very professional and kind.

This is a wonderful location. We linked up with Allen via another construction company and we worked with him directly. He was very accommodating, he would drive out to our home in eastern Iowa to arrange a few meetings and drop off samples. He worked with us and his carpenters are very professional! The price was fair and very justifiable.

Great staff and service. We worked with Allen on a project and he was very accommodating and helpful. From selection to installation, he was there each step of the way.

I am a repeat customer of the Sterling store. Joan has been my Salesperson on the last 3 purchases. She is my go to person for all of my flooring needs! She's professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. My installer, Lateef, did an excellent job laying the carpet. His partner for the day was out, but he completed the job by himself in a timely manner. I am very happy with my new purchase.

We used the Sterling, Il Carpetland for flooring in my parent's house. Joan was amazing. She listened to our needs and helped us in so many ways. The work was spot on and looked beautiful, prices were very good, and it was totally stress free. We will be using them again on 2 more houses. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was some of the best customer service I have ever had anywhere.

We just had new floors installed in our house this week. I have to say the customer service that we have recieved from the moment I walked into the showroom through the completion of the installation was beyond spectacular. Joan Kreps, Sales Associate was just a joy to work with. She was so patient with us while we made our decision of the flooring that we wanted. She even went out of her way more than once to bring samples to our home. Jason Smith, Store Manager, came out to take the measurements and explained to us the process regarding the installation. Lateef, the Lead installer and Jonathan, installer were both excellent workers. They definately knew what they were doing. They were so kind and pleasant, you could tell they really liked what they do for a living. Carpetland should be very proud to have this excellent team of workers. I would highly recommend them to everyone that is looking for new flooring.

Will be getting carpet next week. Jason, the manager was very thorough in assisting us with our carpet needs. They were having a sale and we were able to get our living room dining room hallway and downstairs steps replaced. Our carpet was over 23 years old. My wife is happy happy happy 😊 😃. Thanks Jason.
