I was well taken care of. I had a very special RN her name was Emily she was the most amazing,caring nurse. And also a CNA Rhonda she was also caring and loving. That is very important to me that they took such excellent care of me. You need more people like them. They could teach others how to treat people.

The staff were very kind, making sure I felt safe and secure. They offered me a blanket and put a pad under my knees. But where it really counted was them talking me through the complete procedure and making sure I was OK. They put in an iv and contrast agent. So smoothly. When I was done,I let them know how much I appreciated their kindness. They said they do nt here it very often.

My 13 yr old son was going in for an MRI for an injury for his knee. The tech (Craig) was AMAZING with my son! He was very patient and did a great job explaining everything to him as he was a little nervous never having an MRI done before. He talked him through everything and answered all of his questions thoroughly and at a teenager level of comprehension which was great! We had a late appointment and he could have been very annoyed being there until 10:00 with us, but he was kind and professional the entire time!

No issues, the woman who did my ultrasound was kind, gentle and efficient. She warned me of what she was about to do or what I was hearing. She spoke to me with kindness. It was a good visit. I had the same experience with admitting and the person directing customers towards their destination. Considering the construction I found this to be a very good idea.

Just had the MRI last night. I am highly claustrophobic and the neurologist prescribed some medication. I took it as prescribed. Everyone in radiology was wonderful and it went smoothly. A matter of fact, I did not end up needing to take all the medication that was prescribed, because they kept me so relaxed and informed.

Everyone was professional , courteous and friendly. Kelli was outstanding when she did my mammogram. Explaining everything before and while she was doing it. Greatly appreciate her 😊

I Was confused in the being of we're I was going. But multiple friendly staff helped get to we're I needed to be. And the Rad techs were pleasant, friendly' respectful, and kind. I actually had a nice time. Big smile to the girls in radiology and check in.

I got there early for some tests, got checked in, was immediately called for my appointment and was able to leave 10 minutes before my actual appointment time! Great nurse, all the staff was very helpful.

Went for ct scan, didn’t know what to expect, Tech Bradlee? Did I get ur name right? Was so friendly n explained everything, it went 200 times better than I I expected. I was so relieved. So glad I had her for my Tech, it was a Blessing. Hope I got ur name close so you know who u are. Ignacio.

Had a great experience! I wasn't even scheduled for an appointment, but had a slight health scare and CGH got me in immediately for an ultrasound, even though they closed in less than 30 minutes. The ultrasound tech's name was Mackayla, I think, and she was very professional and got the job done, even though by then it was now after hours and most people would be ready to hurry up and get off work and she also had to see another person after me. She still did a good job and a thorough one. So if somehow she sees this... thank you for squeezing me in and doing such a good job! I cant speak on some of the other depts. and offices, but the Ultrasound and Imaging Dept. definitely had their stuff together. 👍

All the nurses, doctors and staff that helped with my delivery were amazing. Shout out to Ashley for taking such great care of us and all the other nurses for taking great care of us too

The staff was quick and efficient. Friendly and explained what they were doing. Have never had a bad experience at CGH.

The techs explained everything that would happen. Everything went smoothly. The only problem was getting the IV in my arm which was not the techs fault. They were very pleasant and had a sense of humor, which made things a lot more pleasant. Because of the long walk I would have had back to my car, one of the techs took me out to my car by wheelchair, which was not expected by me, I did appreciate it very much. That is why I gave my visit a 5-star rating.

Everyone from check in to having my test was friendly and I was taken in promptly. The tech explained every step and positioned me with care. The whole experience was a pleasant one.

I arrived 15 minutes before my mammogram appointment to register and I didn't have to wait but a couple minutes and then when I went to Imaging, I only waited a few minutes and I was back in my car by my appointment time. The gal who did my imaging was very nice and wasted no time getting me finished and out the door.

Doctors and nurses are very patient and willing to help us , explains everything , giving us comfortable and providing supports either bad days or good days still able to working out to resolve problems for better health we can learn from them they can learn from us team work efficiently works out very well just have to be patient and support each other doctors and nurses and patients together that is important and it improved knowledge for everyone and everybody remember calm and patient and team work makes things goes smoothly and communication is great and they did real well with it

Cool people 2 deal with very professional n knowledgeable in their profession...enjoyed my visit n procedure....high regards 2 them...thank you Robert Cantu jr till we meet again 😀

Had bone density scan. Technician was very courteous and professional. Brian in admitting was super nice at check in.
