I sew my patches on by hand and needed some new needles - i really enjoyed the selection to choose from - and got a new style of thimble I'm excited to try

I can always find the craft item or fabric piece that i want, friendly workers, helpful with coupons, Etc. at checkout. Great prices on clearance seasonal items. Im always surprised by the selections available! We are lucky indeed to have such a great store in our town!

Great staff working there, they deserve a raise. Super kind and helpful. Had everything I needed to make a costume.

I love this store. But they don't carry everything the other big joanns carry or it's meant to be that way. But the employees are very nice. I only had one incident but that was moons ago.

The lady that waited in us was very good. She gave us suggestions on how to save a lot of money. Told her we were getting married and I did special needs crafts with kids and adults but had a budget to stick too and with her help we were able to get everything we needed plus more. We will be back again thanks to her.

Absolutely lovely!! I don't exactly look like I belong in a craft store, but I'm always helped and treated kindly! Jewel and Diane are absolutely wonderful as are the rest of the employees. I had questions about interfacing, and not only was I shown where it was, they helped me pick out the best fit for the project I was working on. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. And they are always patient with me with my coupons.

I'm was super happy to find the yarn I couldn't find anywhere, here! I purchased online and was able to pick it up the next day.

I've never had a bad experience at this store, no matter what time I come in or what I'm looking for. The staff is always friendly, fast, helpful, and super kind to the kids.

We both found exactly what we were looking for. I wanted sugar n cream yarn and he needed felt to line our camper storage area. Very nice store.

Joann Fabric has a wide selection of items to satisfy the crafter, quilter, paper crafter, decorator and more. Price point is good and the sales events fantastic. The helpfulness of the staff is a big plus.

I'm here at least twice a month. The staff are all very friendly and always helpful. I wish it was a bigger store though.

while they might not have every crafting item I am needed its sure a lot better than driving all the way to Rockford which used to be my only option but local Wal-Mart or ordering online.
