We can't thank Castor enough for delivering a hospital bed to my dad's home just a few hours before he came home. From the hospital. It was such a relief for him to be able to use it. They were very friendly and efficient.

Edson picked up my mom in Marseilles, IL and drove her 1 1/2 hours to Sterling, IL to the Rock River Hospice House. He was so very kind to my mom explaining the whole loading process. We truly appreciate his promptness and kindness. The whole process was seamless. THANK YOU.

Priscilla was able to source a pediatric blood pressure machine and cuff when no one else could. They even offer Saturday hours. The sales associate, Ed, is great too! Cannot think the team here enough for finding that for my little one!

She has a very good sense of humor and , at the same time, professional. I have struggled for years to get CPAP supplies and equipment— I never found the right mask or set up to allow me to be comfortable enough to use it. Dawn went above and beyond in teaching me and finding the perfect fit. This is the first time I’ve ever been able to tolerate a CPAP, and the sleep I’m actually getting now is life changing. From start to finish, the process was seamless and easy. I finally feel like I have a medical equipment provider that genuinely cares about my health and well-being. Growing up one thing my grandma always loved to do is go for walks but for years she hasn’t been able to walk far without getting out of breath or her left side giving out on her. A few months ago we were over at my grandmas house and I told my daughter it was time for us to go home so we could take the dog for a walk, she looked at me and said why can’t meme go on a walk with us I really want her to go. Right then I knew I had to do something. Thank you so much castor medical supplies and the staff for not only making this possible but going above and beyond to get my grandma a motorized scooter. Tonight my daughter was able to take the walk she’s been asking for. ❤
