Initially B & D Supply came to my newly purchased home on a freezing cold weekend because the heater was not working... they responded immediately, got the furnace functioning. We then called them to install a new furnace/air conditioning unit and they did the new install. To top it all off, when the season changed from cold to warm, they called and came out to check to ensure the air conditioning was working properly and had the proper freon level, as they were finding new from the distributor, some units had inadequate levels, some were found to be empty even. Very professional, responsive, and caring business. They have earned our business, and I have no need to ever go anywhere else!! Thank you so much, Jerry and Brad and team!!! The Sperlings

We called and had a tech at our door in less than 30 minutes. Jerry came in, was knowledgeable, courteous and fixed my heater extremely fast! 10/10 recommend this company for any of your home repair needs!

Failed to fix my furnace and still charged me over $500. When I asked to negotiate on the bill the owner was extremely rude and did not care if we were satisfied with their service. They did absolutely nothing to fix our furnace and we were charged over $500 just for them looking at it. We will never go back to them again!!

Very rude two people where working here and a third guy shows up later on and just walks into garage and into my home without me knowing would of been very considerate if he would of knocked they need to learn manners
