Aurelio's Bake Shop

We worked with Aurelio’s Bake Shop for our wedding dessert and this is the BEST decision that we’ve ever made. Cookies, donuts, chocolate dipped strawberries, gluten free cupcakes, and the wedding cakes were beautifully made with the designs we’ve requested and they all tasted AMAZING. Everyone loved them!! Their kindness and willingness to make adjustments based on our preferences were top-notch! Truly appreciate Aurelio and his team. Thank you!!

Excellent little bakery with a wide variety of baked goods had the muffins, sugar cookies and thumbprint cookies. Everything was amazing. Will return for sure!

I designed the birthday cake, explained the visual to Aurelio's Bake Shop, and they made the magic happen!!! That cake was chocolate, and Bavarian filled with butter cream frosting! Exquisite!!! i love this bakery. i come to illinois from michigan just to get the thumbprints and sugar cookies. never been somewhere that can make frosting like they do. take all of my money 🙌🙌

They make the most beautiful cakes I have ever seen and they are so delicious I got two for my moms birthday and they made them even with it being on short notice and they were amazing!!

Love this place, the food is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. They make custom orders or have stuff already made. Stuff is fresh!

Always happy with what we order. This time it was unicorn cookies for my daughters class party. They used the same frosting as what goes on thumbprint cookies and they were delicious.

Exactly what we had requested. The cake is 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 white - both sides were great. The buttercream frosting was perfect. Very nice staff, welcoming environment.

This is the best bakery anywhere around. So polite and they did a beautiful job and it tasted amazing. Everyone at the party wanted to know where the cake was from.

This place always has the freshest doughnuts and brownies. Their custom cakes are always moist and tasty.
But their frosting is what always brings me back. If you enjoy the sugar buttercream frosting, this should be your go to place for cakes.

The donuts are always fresh. I haven't ever had a bad one. I love the shop, it looks beautiful inside and has just a warm cozy bakery feel. From everything that I can see, it is a clean place and the women there who have waited on me have always been so pleasant in the mornings.

I stopped on a weekday afternoon to satisfy my sweet tooth. The service at the front counter was sincere and very welcoming. The place was busy with several customers waiting. I ordered a brownie with a cup of coffee to go. The brownie was fresh, delicious full of flavor. The brownie was bursting with a good deep chocolate flavor.

We ordered our first cake here for my Mother’s birthday. We live in Arizona. The cake was the most beautifully decorated cake that we have ever ordered. It tasted really good too! We were impressed.

I ordered two baskets of pastries, cookies and cup cakes for a family to enjoy after the loss of their father. I live out of state so I was not familiar with this bakery. The family sent me photos of the baskets and raved about the products inside! Thank you for helping bring comfort to them!

I've had to purchase several tres leches cakes over the past couple of months and unfortunately my only complaint about Aurelio's is that they were closed for too long over the holidays. Aurelio's had the best price and flavor out of all of the cakes we tried from Sterling to Rockford. Very good and very professional!

Aurelio and his staff are always helpful and polite in assisting myself and other customers. He makes it a point to get as precise information as possible when receiving information for cake, cookies and other custom orders. The quality and end results are always AMAZINGLY & BEAUTIFULLY COMPLETED AND DELICIOUS! (I am ANXIOUS to try the new Triple Chocolate Raised Donuts along with a cup of their delicious cappuccino soon!)
