My friends who are working were very hungry. Looked on doordash and was outrageous. Called my k f c a is my kfc in sterling illinois. Was informed that they do not do orders on the phone only on app. Although we did not have app. They obliged us and I ran over to get my friends there lunch. The gentleman that took my order was very, very Accommodating even though we did not have app. Thank you so much, KFC in Sterling, Illinois. All the workers we're so accommodating.

Very friendly staff helpful and quick. I walked in placed my order was out the door with my food in 10 minutes. The food was good the experience was great.

Original bucket of chicken with mashed potatoes & gravy - our favorite. But very disappointed that Long John Silver's is no longer an option. Really miss the shrimp, hush puppies, & chicken planks!

Now that they make the chicken sandwich’s fried to order, it’s delicious!!! Customer Service has improved a ton in the past year!!
