Really clean and nice workers I always get a good workout in and I love that they have drinks so if you forget you'res you can still get you're energy and water needed to have a good workout everything is set up so that you enjoy you're time
The first time I came to the gym I was self conscious and nervous but if you put both headphones in and just focus on yourself you'll kind-of enter you're own little world
Also if people look at you it's not cause of anything bad I actually look at other people cause I admire what they are doing or have done to they're body and I wanna see what they do to interpret it into my own personal workouts and see if it also works for me
The gym is a very open space we don't care how you look if you feel good and come in focused on yourself and you're own growth the people looking are admiring it too so don't be nervous and if you are try it and see if you like it and if you don't at least you gave it a shot

I've been a member now for about 4 months and am glad to have made the switch to Planet Fitness. The employees are friendly and helpful as well as keeping the facility clean and organized. There is a vast choice of equipment all of which is in good condition. For the most part the people there keep to themselves and focus on their workouts. I would highly recommend.

Great gym. Always exceptionally clean. Great AC and giant fans for a workout. Large assembly of equipment and designated areas for various types of workouts. Good culture! Terrific staff.

I have been attending this gym for a little over a year now. I have never had a bad experience while there. The staff is always friendly and greets me every time I walk in, and say have a good night when I leave. The other members there working out are also very friendly and approachable. If you are going to begin your gym journey I recommend starting it here.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this location and their Daphne location as well! The equipment is extremely nice and well-taken care of. The staff is always pleasant and they try to greet you by name. Hannah and Jessie are always smiling and are pleasure to deal with! Only complaint is I wish they were open 24/7 but other than that, I would highly recommend. Great price and great people.

One of the better Planet Fitness locations I've been too. The staff here is real nice. They do a great job keeping up on cleaning the gym and keeping the clean up stations stocked. Typically less busy than the Foley location, so definitely the better choice if you're in between the two, like Magnolia Springs, even if it's a few minutes longer drive.

An excellent place to work on fitness not just to try to show off. Most of the staff are great however one stands out at being Excellent, Murphy. Murphy always sets the tone and has a welcoming smile and also knows most guests by name. She is always busy cleaning the front desk or equipment.
She has positive conversations and encourages everyone to have a great Workout.

I am actually in awe that there are any less than 5 stars on any of these reviews. I read a few of them and it looks as though some of the negative reviews are due to policies that each and every Planet Fitness follows, rather than this particular Planet Fitness' overall experience they offer.

First and foremost, I have visited multiple Planet Fitness' for many years. THIS particular Planet Fitness, Planet Fitness of Fairhope, Alabama, has offered me the best experience by far. The staff have always been extremely helpful, the gym is always clean, there are ALWAYS paper towels and sanitizer where they should be, the staff is constantly cleaning the equipment....But most importantly, the staff is extremely amiable.

One particular individual deserves recognition. That person is Brian aka "Captain Planet". I don't know Brian's last name, but if you ever meet him, (he can be seen there pretty much any time of the day...hence the nickname Captain Planet), you will be politely and warmly welcomed by this fine young gentleman. He will make you feel like he's known you forever. He is engaging and just an extremely overall pleasant individual that goes above and beyond to do a good job. The rest of the staff have been great as well and always seem to be in such good moods.

My husband and I moved here recently from out of state. We have another Planet Fitness closer to us where we live in Daphne but Fairhope is by far the better choice for multiple reasons.

1. The staff is personal and a positive attitude always helps kick off an awesome workout

2. Their set up is perfect as far as Planet Fitness equipment goes (maybe not for heavy lifters but everyone knows Planet Fitness has their ways and I am okay with that)

3. Their bathrooms are always clean, there are always paper towels and sanitizer where it should be

Can't beat the value for the membership price. The Planet Fitness in Fairhope, Alabama is always clean and never overcrowded. The paper towels and disinfectant spray are always well stocked, and the bathrooms and lockers are kept immaculately clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the equipment is safe to use and effective. There are plenty of different machines to choose from, so it doesn't become boring. Most importantly, I can see and feel a difference since I started my membership six months ago.

The Fairhope Planet fitness has very nice facilities and great staff! It is always clean and well maintained, and broken equipment is quickly attended to! Ricardo, Bailie, and Ethan are especially helpful and accommodating! It is so nice to be greeted with pleasant staff in places like this!

This Planet Fitness is everything you look for in a gym. Its clean,with a great atmosphere. The facility has numerous spaced out machines and work out stations as well as having a friendly accommodating staff.Oh...and I love the hydro massage bed and chair. Check it out !

Always friendly staff, the equipment range is really extensive, and no one bothers you except to ask if you're using a machine. Totally recommend the Hydro massage.

I really enjoy their amenities such as the tanning beds, and hydro massage beds and chairs. I also enjoy the many different Options for workout machines that are offered to you as a member. And after I talk to their staff and saw how friendly and helpful they all were, I knew it was the gym for me.

Amazing place to workout in. Jess, Hannah and the whole staff go above and beyond to remember your name and greet you every time you come in. The whole facility is always in immaculate shape from the cleanliness to the equipment upkeep. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to workout!

I come in at night due to working so late and the over night staff man is amazing! He always helps when I ask him for help and he’s very friendly! Definitely enjoy coming to this planet fitness. Definitely a great worker too tell him I said thanks for all the help!
