Winn-Dixie Pharmacy

I’ve used 3 Winn Dixie pharmacies over the last 6 years and this location is very very good. The pharmacist certainly went out of his way to assist me in contacting my primary physician, and helped me with mfg. coupons. Prompt and friendly professional staff!

This WD Pharmacy does not honor GoodRx coupons despite contractural obligation to do so. Most of its staff appears miserable for having to work there — a work environment probably created by a sulking, ill-mannered pharmacist with no people skills. Won’t ever use this one again unless Aldi’s recent purchase of WD causes some sorely needed personnel changes.

I have a cast on my leg so not able to get out. Winn-Dixie Pharmacy advertises a home delivery of prescriptions so I called for that service for a prescription I had there. They wouldn't answer the phone. I left 4 voice messages over two days. They never had the courtesy to return the calls. I'll go elsewhere from now on for better service.
