Doublecamp Campground

There are plenty of places to camp in the area. You have Citico Creek campsites #1 through #14. The 13th is basically doublecamp. The 14th one is gorgeous. Definitely recommend. Most of the camping around there is FREE. I go often.

Great place for families. Safe for kids. Camping, swimming, fishing, skipping rocks, & even making new friends. They also had clean bathrooms.

What a gem! LARGE primitive campsites in a gorgeous area & with river access and a swimming hole close by.

We had an awesome time. Very nice camp ground and great spot to fish or swim. We will definitely be going back there.

Love Citico but the roads are always a mess! This part of the Cherokee forest needs some TLC. I believe there have been some bad storms and lots of washing out of the gravel roads .

Weekend camping sites start going quickly after 8:00am on Friday morning.

Great place to camp. All backwood camping. Located in Cherokee national forest. Will go back again me and my had a great time.

We had my Brother in laws and sister in laws/ and Niece swimming and grilling out.

Love this place. God's creations always exite me. Went camping here! Can't wait to go again!
