Overall care and understanding of what my home needs regarding the pest control and protection. Thankfully since we've used them for multiple things and very pleased to say that most of the pests have since vanished and with the continual monthly care from Terminix, plus of course our own house maintenance. Just thank you for helping us get our home cleared and cleaned!!

Todd Hanke came out and did a thorough treatment of my home after identifying inactive termite tubes on a pier. Steven in the main office was very helpful and accommodating of my concerns and urgently getting someone out to check the house. I appreciate the Temple team and would suggest anyone work with this group should the need arise.

I love Terminix they are amazing and have been the absolute best for me and my family. Everyone that I have had any dealings with has been excellent and very informative and friendly. Thanks to them my home is critter free! They are the best I highly recommend giving them a call if you are having pest issues.

Report sent through email after service complete is not clear on what was actually done. Verbal confirmation and report confirmation should match. I was told”x” would be done but report does not show clear detail. I do not believe certain items were treated. Should specify “x” was treated with “chemical” or “steam” in “x” room.(O had to ask these questions) otherwise I don’t feel they would have been explained. Salesman seemed believable that services will solve issue, I would hope Terminix products will stand up to its name. So far, Yes I am satisfied with service that was “said” to be done. I will see in a few weeks for followup and monitor issues. The tech team arrived on time and gave heads up for arrival, seemed very nice, I asked if they could cover work shoe due to no shoes allowed on home floors and also it was raining. I think shoe covers should be standard ALWAYS out of respect for homeowner. Tech team verbally explained what their process was after I questioned. I would think a standard brief of duties again would apply for Tech man. They worked in a team and one left when his duties were finished due to a “big day work load” all Terminix personnel (3x) seemed to listen to my concerns as I felt repetitive to make sure issues were addressed with Terminix product. Payment process was justifiable due to prior customers, but I accepted due to urgency. So far 3rd party for financial part is in the process of accessing their business and customer service practices. So far it is good. It is nice option to be able to finance 0% for 90 days but would like to see a longer period that would be a plus!

My inspector was very thorough and explained everything he was seeing. He suggested a plan that fit our needs vs trying to sell me everything under the sun. My tech was also amazing. He came out the very next morning, did an interior/exterior treatment and set up 12 termite bait stations around my house. He explained how everything worked together to protect our new build home and gave me multiple options for a quick response if I had any issues.

Michael always take great care in what he is doing. He explain what he is doing and what he has found. Even when i was not available he would come back and make things right. He does a great job.

Have had you guys for years, always top notch service. Technicians are always on time, courteous, and explain what their doing. Good job!

Terminix is great at killing bugs! I have tried many different bug companies and all I got was excuses, it just took one trip and Terminix solved my problems!

The inspection technician called and offered to come a full day earlier than my scheduled appointment. This was extremely accommodating. He was very informative and offered a fair package for the service we needed.

The service technicians who installed my bait traps arrived exactly at the scheduled time. They were thorough, prompt, and explain the service that they provided for me.

So far, I am happy with my experience with Terminx.

Terminix service technicians are very polite, professional, caring, and flexible with their schedules when needs be. The service provided is topnotch and cannot be out done by their opponents. Their willingness to please the customer and still get the job done, shows they have great character as well

Overall Terminix are the best! Very professional and caring. Attention to detail are their main focus point about everything they do around the home. I’ve been with them since 1996 and they’ve never failed me. There is not a competitor out there that can beat them out!

Mr Davis gave me a quick education on termites, their nature, the four different types of termites and their jobs. He also reassured me that the treatment would work and I would soon see the effect of the chemicals, and the problem go away. He is right. I already see a difference.

All of my experiences with Terminix techs have been positive. They are scheduled to come out 4 times a year. They always call me a couple of days in advance to let me know of their arrival date and time. They are always on time. They spray my home exterior. It has been very effective in putting up protective barrier to keep insects out of my home. They always check with me in case I need them to spray inside me home. Since I have been with them, it has only been necessary one time. I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.

We've been using Terminix for over a year since we bought our house. They came out and performed our termite bond. After that, we have used them for our pest control services. Living in the country and rocky soil, we tend to get pest and rodents from time to time. Anytime we have an issue between their scheduled visits, a simple call and they have someone out promptly. I finally met our tech, Michael, when he came out to spray and he was able to answer any questions I had from scorpions to wasp. I appreciate their professionalism and prompt service.
