Temple Tx got hit hard last night with a tornado!! It was a scary time…trees fell on my roof, and I had tremendous damage to my house. John Farwell State Farm called me within the hour (after hours) with someone taking my claim and had a roof crew getting the trees off my roof and patching it early the next morning!! It rained again, and the patching saved so much more damage. I now (same day) have an adjuster. It is a scary time, but John Farwell made it so much better/ easier when I really needed it!! Thank you so much!!

John Farwell and his talented team are by far the best in Texas. We live an hour away, but wouldn’t even consider one in Austin because these people are truly special. They care, they are totally committed to your satisfaction, and they fight for you when it matters. John personally called me during a claim to make sure everything was going well. That’s above and beyond.

Dana and Reese are both expert professionals who do everything in their power to get you the best rate and take care of you and your family. Plus they all have a great sense of humor and make talking insurance actually fun! What’s not to love?

John Farwell and all of his staff have gone above and beyond the call for service at any point we needed them. Reese was a great hire there and always handles the calls with so much charisma. I do not have State Farm Insurance. I called about the rising cost of insurance because I can never get a helpful person at my insurance company, Liberty Mutual.Today I spoke with a extremely friendly and helpful person, Reece. He was able to answer all my questions, made me laugh and feel good about my life and situation. If this is the way this office treats people who are not clients and with Johns State Farm I can only imagine the service provided to the people who are with John's State Farm Insurance Company. I am being deployed next month, but I will contact these business when I come back to Texas. Really nice people.

This is an exceptional State farm business. They are congenial, efficient, knowledgeable, and very responsive to any questions that may be offered. The kind of business that makes you feel good just to speak with them. And you feel better having a complete understanding of the pros and cons of any particular action that you may take.

We love this business ! They are the nicest, most professional group of folks I’ve ever known at an insurance office. Reece and Dana are hilarious, & really go above and beyond for their clients.

I have been a customer of Johns for the last 11 years. Linda and Pam are always so great and friendly. They get all of my business taken care of. A few years ago I had a wreck that totaled out my car. I was not at fault but the other drivers insurance company was jacking me around and John said “I will take care of it” he had me all taken care of in one day! I recommend them to everyone. John has been in the business for many years and he knows what he is doing!

Top notch service! Dana went above and beyond to get us quotes for various services that we were exploring and was able to find answers to questions we had about life insurance policies that other agencies couldn’t. It’s so nice to be seen as a valued client!

I have had some issue with my payments and the people at this office is so helpful and polite. They were more worried about me than the actual payment. They made sure that I knew everything was going to work out fine. You do not see that in a business very much now days.

I had issues with fraud on my bank account and had to get a new card issued which meant i had to contact all my accts to get them updated and spoke with Dana here at State Farm who took care of my needs very efficiently! Very polite and courteous, thank you Dana!

I have used John Farwell’s Office for over 20 years. They have always been a huge help in times of accidents or residential storm damage. They do what they say they will do and go above and beyond in assisting their clients. Highly recommend.

John Farwell and his office staff go way above and beyond to help you. When we were hit by someone whose insurance company would not return our calls or answer their phone, he and his staff worked tirelessly to get them to communicate with us and settle our claim. When my daughter was in an accident recently, they were on top of that claim and helped us get our insurance transferred over the the next vehicle as soon as we got it. Their communication is fast and amazing and their staff is always so nice and truly want to help. I have been with this insurance company for almost two decades because they've always been so amazing to deal with and so easy to get in contact with.

Mr. Farwell has an incredible group of Agents working for him. All are personable, helpful & knowledgeable, (up to and including John Farwell, himself).
However, this is to commend my personal Agent, Robin Cone. Ms. Cone is such a patient, kind person. I have been going through a lot of changes personally in the last year, and I have called time and again to change my policy, ask questions that don't have answers, and other challenging, near impossible tasks.
Robin always accommodates me with reassurance and a smile. If it's an impossible question, she has, or finds the answer. She is upbeat and empathetic when my world crumbles. She has had the foresight to suggest nuances in policies that have quite literally saved my life, (I had a blowout on I35
in a 75mph zone yesterday & 9 out of 10
BIG trucks were OVER the white line, onto the shoulder where I sat), by suggesting, pricing and explaining Roadside Assistance for me.
