My wife and I were looking for property in Tennessee for a planed move from the North. As most people do these days we began with an extensive Internet search. We were looking primarily for land but would have considered a home if we would have found just the "right" property. During our Internet search we came across Dave Fankhauser. We looked at other reviews, and some video Dave narrated on other properties he had and decided to give him a call. Dave spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone trying to zero in on what we were looking for. Eventually we met Dave and spent a day looking at a number of properties. We pretty much hit it off with Dave from the start. He has an easy way about him and he is well read and very familiar with the area. On our second trip to Tennessee we found our lot which we have since closed on. Dave was helpful through the entire process and made what otherwise might be a difficult endeavor very straightforward. Beyond being our realtor, we now have a new friend in Tennessee!

I began my search for a mountain get-away on the web and after much looking I contacted Skyway Realty where I hooked up with Dave Fankhauser. On a moments notice he patiently agreed to show me three cabins. After the initial visit I signed on to look at more cabins and in his quite way he patiently led the way. Skyway Reality and Dave Fankhauser were awesome in my home search!! I was looking for a home in near Tellico Plains, Tennessee and had only 1 week to look at homes. I kept seeing Dave's name pop up on properties in the Tellico Plains area so I called him. I had a list of about 15 houses that I wanted to look at and explained to Dave that I was from Indiana and only had 1 week to look. Granted this was over the Memorial Day holiday. Dave took time out of his busy schedule to find out what exactly I was looking for and steered me away from homes that he knew were not in good condition or were not right for me. Dave was very easy-going and tried to get to know me and what I wanted in a house. He was very informative and even was willing to tell me what repairs or maintenance I would have facing me as I was mostly looking at log cabins. I was and am very happy with my new home and with the services offered by Dave Fankhauser. I would recommend him to anyone.

David is very personable, knowledgable and a great listener. He takes his time to find your wants and needs. We really love the way he works with us, even after the purchase.
