Since I am not on the computer much these days, I accidentally found myself looking at reviews of our family business. Although almost all reviews were positive and heartwarming, I was shocked to read two reviews from fictitious writers. No need to list the names since they are not actual people. The sad thing is that Google does not allow the owner of a business to remove fictitious reviews.
The reputation of our business is something that we strive daily to maintain. Since nobody is perfect, we realize that there are people who to just cannot satisfy. The harsh, damning criticism from these two individuals (and it may have been only one person using two names) is both hurtful and insulting.
If you have shopped with us or allowed us the be a part of your life and were unhappy with any aspect of your relationship with us, PLEASE call us and allow us to rectify it.

We cherish our thousands of satisfied customers, but we have come to realize that there those who lurk in the darkness try to cause damage to your character.

Ken Taylor is so talented in so many ways. He helped plan and coordinate my wedding in 2014, and went above and beyond in ever possible way. His flower arrangements were also exquisite. I cannot recommend him enough and our family always comments that there is absolutely no way we would have gotten through the weekend without him.

Ken Taylor is an artist--his creations are beautiful. Taylor's has been featured in Southern Living Magazine and does beautiful arrangements for any occasion -- weddings, gifts 'just because', and decorates for the University of the South-Sewanee functions. His work is unparalleled.

Great Florist

Beautiful linens for the table.

I made a 50-mike roundtrip to Sewanee to speak to someone here about doing arrangements for my daughter’s Sweet 16 party. I was told the florist was too busy to speak with me and that I should call back the following week and he would tell me if he had time to do the arrangements or not. I explained that I’d driven there expressly to discuss this and it wouldn’t take long - I just needed to show him a couple of photos of what we wanted. I was told to call back the following week again. Super rude and unprofessional. I went elsewhere.

The owner of this company is likely the most unprofessional person that has ever worked in this industry. Not only does he not fulfill promises and contractual agreements, when called out on this he is not accountable for his actions, and uses personal insults to try and assert himself. I was just displayed an appalling set of emails from the owner of this company of a wedding that I attended, where he left 15 minutes in and refused to answer his phone while leaving his wife to attend day-of operations, where the bride’s family ended up having to perform his responsibilities. Rather than provide a refund like a normal person, he instead became combative and threatened the bride and groom.

If this is too long and you decided not to read, I would HIGHLY suggest to never use this man to help plan your wedding.
