Mr. Dillard and his whole team were wonderful as this rental was for Estate cleanout and was a moving target they were able to change on a moments notice with a phone call with no hiccups. Thank you and God Bless you and your whole team for awesome job.

Joseph and hermina were very helpful and nice they were chill friendly and kind. Taught me new things that was related to their jobs and that was some good info.

Great service and attentive staff. I will also continue to use this U-Haul location because of their GM, Jason Dillard. He cares about customer service. Moving homes can be a stressful time, however Jason will be thorough on his recommendations and put your anxiety to ease. You will find yourself leaving with a smile and stress-free.

I had gotten a hitch installed in Austin, and picked up a trailer for a long move at another location in Austin. My dad and I quickly realized that there was an issue with the bar being too low. I called this uhaul and let them know of the issue and they assured us that they should be able to help. We got there, and four folks came over to take a look. They included us in the conversation, identified the issue quickly, and went about getting the right part to fix it. The whole process took about 20 minutes (right before closing time) even with other people coming in and dropping trucks off. They were extremely helpful, respectful, and competent. Had a great time talking to them as well. Best uhaul experience I've ever had and I highly recommend going here for any uhaul esk needs.

Very professional customer service. Out of all people I would receive a unit with a defective lock. JD the manager made sure my unit was fixed and took care of my first month for me I was very pleased with how I was treated thank you for everything and I would suggest your Uhaul business to anyone. I Went to U-Haul to pick up a truck on 8/17 Marie B. was very attentive and helpful she gave great advice on what size truck to get and she also called the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly and efficiently and gave.

never got around to this until now, but I wanted to thank everyone who works at this location. I rented storage for a year, and trucks on a weekly basis for a year and everyone was always so friendly. Picking up trucks was always an easy process, the climate control buildings where I had a unit were always clean. Thank you guys again.

FANTASTIC staff members! Manager was kind, courteous and professional. Just wished that someone told me I wasn't allowed to put on a second lock without payment or approval. Cut off a lock that had sentimental value. Sad face. Otherwise, GREAT experience.

Trailer was ready at 8 am as scheduled. Clean and in good condition. Staff extremely friendly and attached and detached trailer from my hitch for me. I had a problem with the movers so Matt, the regional manager, called me personally to help. Uhaul refunded the mover money and removed the bad moving company from its list of reputable movers. While I was upset about the movers, you can't beat the customer service and response to the problem exhibited by this location. Will definitely use them again!

I was needing some assistance to get some family items from Texas back home to Tennessee. Catherine, Tavoris, and Kyler were all of tremendous help in various ways. It was a pleasant and satisfying experience, with the theme from all three of them being honest customer centric attitudes. Each of them should be noted and recognized for making an intentional effort to be of clear service in supporting my needs. Well done!

I had a great experience!!! Needed a truck for about the hours and this location came through for me. My reservation was incorrect (my fault) and Miguel was awesome enough to correct it and do all of the tedious checking in tasks needed. The location is convenient, they have plenty of moving supplies, storage options, and vehicle options. I recommend this location for your moving needs and will choose them again when I need to move large items.

Catherine was awsome! Please excuse me if i miss spell your name. My son and I went in to get a 5x5 storage for our printer. Catherine saw my son and just gave him an open arms hug then allow him to walk with her during her scanning rounds of checking the storage. My son loved her and was not intimated nor afraid. Thank you Catherine for you warm welcoming spirit.

Security and service are great! The climate controlled storage is not only temp but humidity controlled as well. Very impressed with their set up.

The staff and General Manager were all very courteous and helpful . We appreciated their help. We had a very positive experience with the Midway Temple UHAUL location . We will use this location again when the need arises.

Trey the manager and all his staff were very helpful to get me what I needed. They went out of their way to make things work for me. They gave me 2 10x10 for the price of a 10x20! And they got me into the brand new indoor storage. New facility is alarmed on each unit, that's what sold me.

Very clean and had my 15 ft truck ready with the tow dolly hooked up ready to go I will recommend them to everyone I know penske budget are much higher penske tried to stick me in a 22 ft truck because no 16 ft trucks weren't available besides they don't have a tow dolly for a full sized truck U-Haul DOES KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK🤗🤗🤗
