I had a great experience in the Belton store. They were courteous and professional, much more so than the Temple store. They helped me with my flip phone and we all got an education. I live in Temple but will take all my business to the Belton store.

The Belton, TX Verizon store has the best customer service! Store Manager Cody helped ensure I was taken care of with my new devices and services transfer.

I came in with a few things I wanted to do. Upgrade my phone, possibly my daughters, and add a line for another daughter. Alex explored all the options to provide me the best case scenario so that I could get the best deals on phones, while keeping my monthly bill at the lowest possible. And not to mention I came in an hour before closing, yet he still provided me a great experience! I couldn’t ask for anymore than that! He was friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, I was really thankful and impressed with his customer service skills.

I had an absolutely positive experience at the store today. Angel did a great job explaining details in options and was very respectful of my goals. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely comfortable and was getting the phone and plan that I needed.

If you want transparency and great customer service, go visit this particular Verizon store! Cooper was so helpful in explaining plans and prices. In addition, he took the time to pair my mom’s hearing aids to her new phone, while we were there! We were very impressed!

The guy helping us was great. We encountered no wait. The only thing I will mention is that we discovered later there was an online special for the phone we acquired. I wish he could have told us about it or the same special would have been available in store.
