Beautiful park. The park recently reopened after renovations to all electrical and water services.

Sites are very large with plenty of space between sites. I am in A13 and can barely see my neighbors.

Heavily shaded so Starlink is hit or miss, mostly miss in this site.

This place is amazing!!! Great spacing with the campsites so you actually feel like you are out there in the woods some where. The lake is beautiful and the trails make the place seem bigger than it actually is. The bath houses were adequate and really clean. So the fact that they didn't have sewer connections was not an issue. There was no 50 amp service but the 30 amp adapter i had was able to run both a/c units and the microwave without an issue. The dump stations were conveniently located on the way out and had water hoses to rinse down if needed. I believe this is a new favorite for us now.

Campsites are spaced out to give privacy, rangers keep everything clean and secure. Super peaceful and quiet, but still convenient to the city.

LOVE this place! As I'm still awaiting to move to Wilmington,my children were getting bored in the hotel so I thought camping via tent btw, would be nice. We had 24 access to the lake and RIGHT by the pier as well, with a BEAUTIFUL view of the lake, kids swam at Swim Beach where life jackets were plentiful through 8pm as staff made sure kids were ok and kept eyes on everyone to ensure safety, and although it was very hot,we actually slept well in our tents with the sides to vent cool night air. This kept my teen boys off Xbox and all electronic devices bc there is no Wi-Fi as i found that a PLUS! It's ab 25$ a night w power and water,18 without.Bathhouses were clean, handicap needs are exceeded for those who need, playground on the beach area AND one close to campers, and staff members were exceptional. We will certainly return bc hey,it beats hotel prices and has the most beautiful views and the kids are kept busy in the sun/fun.

Falls Lake Rolling View is like home. We love this place. The rangers always speak and are helpful. We camp all over but the peace and quiet here is the best.

Plenty of large private sites, several with direct access to the lake. Nice big swimming beach and a playground for the kids. Nice easy hiking trails. Closest grocery store is about 5 miles away. Half an hour to downtown Durham.

Very beautiful and calm place. I love to visit this place again and again. National Park Service website provides enough information regarding the camp site. Lady staff at the entry point is very sweet, humble and helpful. Prices are cheap, everything between $30-$50.

Nice, relaxing place to go camping with friends and family. The view of the lake in the morning is just gorgeous - the sun rises right over the lake!

Lots of large, really nice sites. Water and electric, no sewer hook up (dump station only). Groceries nearby if you need them but feels like you're long way out.

Perfect little get-away, while still close enough to get goodies that you may have forgotten. The Rangers were very nice, helpful, and had great advice. Facilities were the cleanest I've seen at a NC campground. Lots of trails, saw deer, and was refreshing to all the senses. 10 of 10 for this experience!

The loop is very nice and quiet. It's mostly for RV hookups but you can use a tents there and have water and electricity available if you like. Rangers drive regularly to check on guests. The loop host is in charge of bathroom/shower cleaning. They were quite clean. Some walking trails were flooded out from so much rain we've had over several weeks but there were other trails that could be taken that were well marked. Other guest's were friendly and our family had a really nice time camping there this Thanksgiving holiday.

Quiet & serenity at it's finest, clean & spacious sites. Well kept & clean bath houses. Beautiful views of Falls Lake from most all sites on property. Feel far from the hustle & bustles of Raleigh, Durham area just a short drive away!!! Kudos for keeping this camp site in pristine condition over the years!

My friends and I go here at least once or twice a year and we have never been let down. Nice and quiet camp sites with clean and well stocked bathrooms. You can't really ask for more! I don't want to forget how nice the rangers are. You can tell that they enjoy their job, and that makes the experience all the better!
