Child's World Preschool and Daycare Center

I was looking for childcare for my son, and had seen this learning center on my way to work. It is actually called Heart & Soul now and has been recently remodeled. It was a convenient location for me, so I decided to look into it. When I researched online, I saw mixed reviews on different forums, but after visiting the facility I was very impressed with them.

My son has been attending for over 6 months now and has shown great improvements in his knowledge of colors & the alphabet. I have never had a bad experience with the learning center. It is always very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

CAN'T ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS REGARDING CARE WITHOUT GETTING KICKED OUT!! BEWARE! JUST BECAUSE IT'S A CHURCH DOES NOT MEAN THESE ARE GOOD PEOPLE!

My children attended Childs World and also when it changed to Heart and Soul. They were there for approximately 3.5 years. When the daycare changed to Heart and Soul, it completely went down hill. I loved it before and always talked highly of it until everything changed.
First of all, my 6 year old child came home telling me how he was grabbed by the arm and drug out of the room by the director of the daycare and slammed down on the ground in time out. My 5 year old also told me this happened to him as well.

Second, their father handles all the finances and left them a check before he went on vacation. After they came home and I picked my kids up that night after being gone 10 days, they told me how they were pulled out of their class and told by the director of the daycare how they were not allowed to be there AND could never come back because the bill was not paid (when in fact it was). My children were upset and crying and felt they were not wanted at all and were never going to see their friends again!

These are only a few complaints from my children.

I addressed the situation with the owner, who is the pastor of the church, and the director of the daycare. FIRST TIME EVER ADDRESSING ANY CONCERNS OR ISSUES! This resulted in BOTH PASTOR OF CHURCH and DIRECTOR calling my children liars and kicking them out!! My son had bruises on his arm and I have CONFIRMED STATEMENTS by other staff members that they were taken out of class that day!

The director is a cold blooded horrible person for not only lying but not ensuring the best care for children in her care!! For a church to LIE when you have PROOF, speaks numbers!! BEWARE!!

SANDY YOU ARE VERY RUDE!!!!. how can you teach good manners to your students when you yourself cannot even say NO in a good way. parents are you going to enroll your kids in this kind of people in the school? BEWARE!!!
