i worked here for a little more than a year and a half and (forgive me for the bias) this is the best starbucks i’ve ever been to. even when it was stressful i have gained so much from working here. my coworkers and customers meant more to me than a million 5 star google reviews could express. i love you all. thank you so much.

p.s. the drivethru is a little narrow

Jacqui was the nicest and most helpful barista in helping to suggest a tasty morning coffee for me! This location always has the best and quickest service.

I’ve been to Starbucks stores all across the country and this one is, hands down, the best one. The staff is consistently nice, you are always greeted / acknowledged when you come in the store and the order is always right. Kudos to the staff and the management. This store is really well run. One note: the drive thru is a bit off a challenge just because of where the store is placed and how popular it is. That said, the line seems to move along at a good pace since the store is so well staffed.

Great Starbucks, especially their customer service. Camille took great care of me! She supplied a ceramic mug for my order and was more than accommodating in my efforts to avoid disposable cups. My order got a little messed up, but she more than made up for it. I appreciate when there's a high level of customer care. Five stars all around for Camille!

This is the best Starbucks I have been to in months! Every employee was kind, friendly, and welcoming. It was a little slow when I was there, but nobody was idle; everyone was working on tasks to keep the store clean and stocked. I observed a barista re-make a drink for a customer with no issue whatsoever. I will definitely stop here next chance I get.

Just left the Starbucks drive through in Gainesville on NW 43rd. Anna was my barista and she was so friendly and sweet. Our interaction at the order menu was quick but cheerful. When I got to the window I was behind one other car (obviously, no problem at all) and she chatted with them for a few moments as well. When it came time for me to pull forward and pay at the window the only words we said to one anther were a friendly “hello!” Then she simply handed me my drink and said “this one is on me today!” When I said “thank you so much! Why? You don’t have to do that!” She shrugged and said “just because”. Not that she would have any way of knowing but I was having a really off morning and had been in a pretty ugly mood. Thank you Anna for free coffee but mostly for being so kind and friendly! It really made a difference in my day and helped to reset my mood.

By far, this is my go to Starbucks Cafe. The Cafe is spotless , big and comfortable. The staff has always been polite and energetic! And they have never gotten my order wrong.

Anna in the Drive Up window was so kind and personable! She really made my day :) My drinks were ready quickly and made perfectly. This is my go-to location not just for convenience, but the employees are always so welcoming!!

This place is just down the road from my house (my poor wallet) and they are pretty on point. I usually preorder in the app and it takes me maybe 8 or 9 minutes tops to drive over there and my order has always been ready, even with a group order.

Okay, I drove through the drive thru and was greeted by a lovely lady named Jen. She had the loveliest smile and was so kind! I actually live in Texas otherwise I would come here when Jen’s here, that’s how good she was. I just wanted to point out her kindness and tell Jen to keep it up, we need more people like her in this world. Thanks for being so kind and making my day better.

Best Starbucks in Gainesville! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming in store and in the drive thru. Even when there is a morning or after school rush, these baristas always make sure that drinks and food are served to customers promptly and apologize even if there is a short wait for a food or drink item. They also usually have more items in stock than other stores in the area, in my experience.

PLEASE get your drive thru phone app scanner fixed. It really slows the line down and it has been broken for over a month. Other than that I routinely have a wonderful experience at your store. Every employee is wonderful and courteous! Drinks and food are always top notch.

I drive through this Starbucks pretty regularly since I work close by, and it’s easily my favorite location in Gainesville. Staff is always friendly and accommodating, especially Robbie and Savannah! Every time I get coffee I hope that one of them are working because their bright demeanor makes my day! Savannah is amazing at coming up with surprise drinks, which is great because I tend to be indecisive a lot. Quality product too. Love this Starbucks!

Phenomenal customer service! Lady taking the drive-thru orders was very sweet, soft spoken but easy to understand! Michael at the drive-thru window was the sweetest, his energy literally made my day!!

Wasn't the most efficient Starbucks, but I was there at rush, so maybe the 10 minute wait on tea wasn't unreasonable.

I like to go here when the other one down the street is too busy and I haven't reloaded my Starbucks card for mobile ordering. People are always friendly, drinks and food are always fresh in a timely manner. I'm always on the go and on a time limit so this place works great for me. Their service is always fast even when they are relatively busy which isn't often. It's kind of like gainesvilles hidden Starbucks in a way. Enjoy!

We came in with a BIG order and despite being slammed on a Sunday they did awesome! When something was missing they helped fix it. No questions asked! I really appreciate their speed of service and attitude. Kudos to this location for doing it right ☺🙏🏻❤💕
