Beach Mirage Suites Hotel

I came to Mora to see my Army buddies son and needed a room that was dog friendly and available. I googled hotels nearby. I ended up texting, Candy, the owner, and the drive was leaving town and once I found it, I was in awe of the place. It's down home friendly. Has three horses. The rooms are fun and inviting. Hospitality is top notch. I left something on in my rented car and needed a jump this morning. Her husband had no problem going the extra mile. I advise anyone that comes to this neck of the woods to please try this place out. It's awesome. I just wish I could relocate here!!!

What a beautiful little hidden gem! Lovely rooms, gorgeous scenery and exceptional hospitality. I was desperate for a place to stay and I somehow stumbled across this sweet, tranquil and cozy slice of heaven out in the middle of the countryside. I love horses and right outside my door was a huge pasture with wild flowers and three gorgeous horses that all came up to say hello to me when I went outside to sit and drink my coffee this morning. There were benches and tree swings to sit and enjoy all the picture perfect views from all over the place. She has ponds and gardens everywhere and lots of calming fountains. My room was clean and cozy and filled with tons of live plant that gave the feeling of being somewhere tropical and lush. It was perfect! I will definitely be coming back to stay. This could be a destination all on its own. Candi was a wonderful hostess and extremely accommodating with anything I needed or asked for. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a while.

Beautiful farm stay! We will be back! Four suites overlooking the beautiful countryside. Peaceful, relaxing, clean and comfortable. Candy is a wonderful host and is just a quick text away with any questions you should have. She even provided a shower chair for my husband to use as he is recovering from a stroke. There is a quonset hut with a game room and outdoor games, beautiful outdoor seating and a walking trail. Short drive to area amenities. Loved every minute of our stay!

Very nice accommodations. We stayed in Rm #4 since we had our pet.
Room was clean, comfy bed and relaxing atmosphere. It was quiet even with all rooms booked. We stayed 4 nights amd would stay again. If I had any questions all I needed to do was text the host,Candy, and she would get right back to me. Thanks Candy for offering such a nice place to stay.

Amazing place to stay! We stayed here a weekend in June and wished we could have stayed longer. It felt like we were a thousand miles away from home (and the Twin Cities) in a beach vacation room and then with the peaceful solitude of the country life. The rooms have thoughtful added bonuses everywhere you look...from beach trinkets, to nightlights, breakfast assortments, snacks and candy, to games, very compfy beds and self-controlled A/C. You don't need to bring anything extra, as Candy, the owner, has it all. We enjoyed lounging outdoors (many places to sit and relax) looking into the countryside and watching the sunsets, plus having a bonfire. My husband and I love to play games, so the additional outbuilding with Ping-Pong, Foosball, and Pool were also fun each evening.
We are telling our friends and family and hope to be back for more getaway stays in the future.

My husband already left a review but I need to add…I am a clean freak and that is what I look for the most! This place was so clean and comfortable that I didn’t even use my Clorox wipes once! Thank you again candy for the stay and for being an honest and gracious host! We will be back! Loved it!

Wow! Where do I start?! I normally don't take the time to write reviews but this one deserves every 5 star I can give it. The room was so clean, the snacks were awesome for our little one...and Candy, the Owner, is amazing! This is not a "normal" hotel stay, this is an experience. Three things to leave you with. 1. We will be back 2. We will tell our friends 3. We will stay longer!

If you are looking for a clean, charming place to stay at by Mora, Minnesota, the Beach Mirage Suites is it. The host, Candy, is 100% committed to her guests. Her spirit of hospitality and kindness is present everywhere. On top of that, there is a beautiful view right outside the door.

Wonderful stay. Peace & quiet. Away from the city. Everything about this place is on point. Huge TV with Netflix Disney plus. Great Wifi. Snacks water provided. Comfortable bed slept like a baby. Nice scenery. 5/5

This place is a hidden gem. The tongue-in-cheek name is accurate. The beach is a nirage. But the property is beautiful and the rooms are very well appointed. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great place today. Beautifully decorated and everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, shower was great. Cozy place to play games and visit!

I have two bengals from A Touch of Gold Bengals. I love Candy. She is such a responsible breeder and shares her wealth of knowledge, and she is always a text away. I would 10/10 recommend.

It was exactly what we were looking for! It was quaint, remote, relaxing and there were thoughtful tiny touches everywhere. The mattresses were comfy and the bathroom was amazing! Thanks for the peaceful stay!

The VRBO was wonderfully peaceful with lots of extra touches. The owner went out of her way to make our stay perfect. We’ve stayed there twice and plan to return.
