Tim and his staff have been accommodating and very chordial to all our needs on every level . No complaints for store or employee on all levels. If there is something they don’t have they will do what they can to get it .

This store is a rare find. We purchased all of the Rock Band accessories and DVD's from them and they were all in perfect condition. The store is like a museum of gaming. Go there if you want to collect old systems and games. It's like the Half Price Books for gamers. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Awesome store. Drove from Rochester just to go there. At first it looked pretty basic until I noticed the rare shelf. Some prices were kinda rediculuse but some were way under value. Then the stuff on the shelves I found a couple more gems. This is a great shop wish we had one more like this in Rochester good clean shop very friendly service and very well organized. I could of stayed in that shop for hours and kept finding more stuff to buy. I kinda had a nerdgasm in your store. I will be a return customer.

I stopped in on a whim 8/6/2021. I was looking for a region-free BD player. I asked at the counter, received friendly help and was led right to a used unit. It was fairly priced, and a year later has become my main BD player.

Besides the BD player, it appeared they had an extremely varied inventory with quite a selection to fit many needs and tastes. Even though I don't live in the area, the store has been added to my favorites. I will be sure to stop by again the next time I am in town.

This game store is the best ever! Very friendly customer service. My repairs were completed the same day in less than two hours!!

A 30 minute drive that I'm happy to do over and over to go here. Excellent staff, fun game room for adults and kids, huge selection of movies and games among so many other game systems and collectables. All in all, definitely a worth while place to spend some money!

A great local store that has quite a bit to offer to those who tend to geek in their spare time. They have a good selection of Games Workshop product and a ton of video games. They have some great deals on product and a good variety.

They have a wide selection of new & old video games, table top games (Warhammer Fantasy & 40k), board games, Magic the Gathering, and more. They also have a game lounge in the basement and plenty of tables for tournaments, Magic, and D&D.

My D&D group plays here every week and they are happy to have us play at the shop! The owner Tim is friendly and the employees are always willing to help. I am so glad there is a store like this in my area.

This local business has good prices a nice selection of retro systems and games and helpful service. I prefer this establishment over gamestop any day. Tabletop gamer? They have you covered. I've been an avid customer at the Decorah Game Exchange for quite awhile. The selection is a tad limited, but as a remedy for that issue the owners allow customers to place orders for games/merchandise. They also allow you to pre-order games to save the hassle of having to find/wait for them on their release dates. This store is owned and operated by a family that treats everyone like well... family, I always look forward to a pleasant conversation and welcoming atmosphere when I enter the establishment.

My favorite game store. It has a good selection of games and consoles, including the Panasonic Model 1 3DO. The employees are very nice; they cut the cost of a Dreamcast by 25% just for me.

Where to begin with the Decorah GamesXP...?

Well first off the variety in games is just downright staggering. The general range of their games includes many different genres from many different eras, more than once have I found a game I absolutely loved for a reasonable price. Their selection in board games and tabletop games has steadily grown to the point where it is just as viable to enter the store to purchase a tabletop game (or resource such as paints) as it is to purchase a video game.

The condition of used games is something to mention as well, I have never had a case of a game not working after I purchased it from them (Something that has been an issue with several other stores I have bought from in the past.).

The customer service is astonishingly good... the employees at the GamesXP are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. Their repair work and general knowledge of "How to work an Xbox" has helped me out on more than one occasion. All this, and they manage to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere within the store itself, where you are just as welcome to shop as you are to engage in card games with your friends or other such niceness.

Do I recommend GamesXP? Yes, absolutely. They the most resourceful, honest, helpful, friendly gaming store I have ever laid eyes on.

Place is great for meeting new people and just geeking out about the stuff you love. It's like a home away from home. I usually like making jokes and stuff but this place honestly means a lot to me. I reccomend showing up if you like geeking out with cool people.

I've been frequenting this store off and on for years. Great place to go if you are looking got games or movies. Friendly staff and a huge selection.
