Tim, did a fantastic job in helping us with our phone upgrade and purchases He took his time to explain everything to us and told us please be sure if we had any questions to just stop into the store or just give him a call. I would give him an A+ for his customer service. The way most customer service is these days we feel he went above and beyond. He is a great representative for Be mobile company.

After having reception issues with a competitor and I'd payed my phone off, I decided to switch for better coverage. At first I wasn't sure it was the right decision, but I definitely have found it was a wise choice. I can now mostly roam my house without dropping a call. Outside around the farm having coverage is vital because I am an amputee so if I have trouble in the field and need help, I now know I can reach someone.
I also can't say enough about the help.and assistance I've had at our local Verizon store in the switchover.

Going to the cell-phone store is always in my "top three dreaded tasks" list--but my experience today was nothing short of amazing. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He gave me good info, expressed his opinion, and then agreed to whatever options I chose--without trying to upsell or make me feel stupid for asking questions. The customer service is friendly and efficient. The staff work well together and made sure our new phones were working to our satisfaction before we took them home. Noah at Decorah Verizon set up my daughter's and my phone without any problems. Noah made good impression on me. I will most definitely refer him to family and friends as person to go to with any cell pho e needs.

Cody was great restoring service that your company wrongly, with no notice, disconnected. I am done with Verizon after years being a loyal customer. Your fees, high charges, and 2 disconnections in 1 month - leaving me unable to fulfill charitable commitments tells me this is no longer a reputable company!!

I have been to Verizon stores in Arizona and Rochester, MN and have never had as good of customer service as I have had with Corey here in Decorah, Iowa. I will always come to Decorah's Verizon store because of my experience and the wonderful help from Corey. He is top notch!!!

Possibly the best experience I've ever had in a mobile store. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and did not push anything unnecessarily. I would recommend this store if your planning on switching services.
