Over 2 frustrating years of trying to conduct business here is nearly over. These people took the COVID Pandemic as a gift from God to never be open. In well over 100 trips to property I have not once met a staff person or business owner or seen the office open. Not once. They have restricted business hours posted but are NEVER there. America needs to put COVID behind us for the good of every honorable Citizen, Taxpayer and our Economy. Trying to run a Brick and Mortar business via TXT MSG just does not work and shows no respect for customers who just want to pay their bills on time and perhaps get a receipt for their records. THE FACILITY IS ADEQUATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST DOES NOT EXIST.

Rented a U-Haul trailer and this was to be my drop off location. I arrived with about 2 hours to spare before their closing time and no one was there and the door was locked. There was a sign on the door saying that they do business by phone, so I called the number and no one answered. I left a message and waited about 5 minutes and still no one returned my call, so I unhooked the trailer and left. A couple of days later I had an unexplained, unauthorized charge of $67 and some change on my credit card from this location. I didn't understand this because I had already been billed for renting the U-Haul where I picked it up at. Multiple times over multiple days I called and left messages with my name and number asking for a return call to explain the charge on my credit card and my call was never returned. I had to call 1-800 U-Haul to get this unauthorized charge removed from my credit card. Not a very professional way to do business. They also have storage units there and I would hate to think that I had to deal with that situation. I rented a storage unit at another location one time and the door jammed when I was trying to get in. Fortunately there was someone on site with tools to assist me. I guess you would just be out of luck retrieving your belongings at this location. Would not do business with these folks again.
