Mechanic Worx came to my home to replace my alternator. The mechanic Richard was very helpful and professional. He got the job done in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

Rich was absolutely fantastic. He was able to work me into his schedule quickly, he figured out the issue my car was experiencing, and he was able to resolve it fast. I was worried I would have to wait at least a week to get in with someone, but he handled the issue within a couple of hours. He was extremely professional, personable, and courteous. He took the time to explain what was going on and walked me through what he was doing. Highly recommend.

I was unsure what to expect at first when booking my auto work but pleasantly surprised with the whole process. He communicated when he was coming and came on time. All was completed and I plan to call on them again. It was convenient not having to drive to the shop and get a ride home. He did the work in my garage and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend them very highly.

Mr Rich was a lifesaver. I am a “seasoned” ( equates with old) lady , alone and out of town when the worst happened - the van would not crank !!! Shear panicked ensued. I knew no one - I called every mobile mechanic listed on the web…….not one returned call. A customer recommended Rich and I was doubtful but called him anyway. What a wise move ! Rich was professional , honest about cost and time frame to complete job. In addition …..he was kind to an ole gal that was a little rattled !

Contacted them to arrange a pre-purchase inspection of a local car that I wanted to buy.
Rich responded very quickly, clearly, and understood exactly what I wanted. He was willing to do the survey the same day I called.
Unfortunately, when I called the dealer to make arrangements, the car was sold earlier today, so I can’t comment on the actual inspection, but the communications, understanding needs, and offer of timely service was top-notch!

Got my breaks done very quickly. And did in inclement weather as well. While also doing this at my how all at a great price. Couldn’t be more grateful.

All I can say is Rich is a genuine and upstanding guy. He was very friendly, considerate of my money, and my time. He could have gotten a starter that was double from advance auto but he advise me if I could wait and order one online it would be my best option and then showed me were I could get the part for more than half what Advanced would have charged me for remanufactured starter. Hourly rate is very fair and he will not stop until its fixed. Worked on my car till 8pm till it was running again. You want convince and honesty call Rich! I will never let anyone else touch my cars ever again!

Rich was magic! I was just stuck with a non-starting old hybrid car when Rich came in on a short notice to help and fix the issue. The simplicity in his explanation was so easy to understand to prevent the issue in the future, he just built my confidence with the car :-). Highly recommend Rich' services!!!

I found Rich on my first attempt on researching Mobil mechanics and we were so happy with the results he provided. He was knowledgeable and worked fast to solve the problem we were having with our truck’s brakes and was very affordable. Will definitely use him in the future when needed.

Rich was great. Battery was dead on my Jeep. I sent a text with my car’s info and general location. He replied within an hour, and called to confirm and update on arrival time. I purchased the new battery online, which he picked up and installed in the driveway at my friend’s house. Very reasonably priced, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and efficient. I only wish I had called him first before wasting a couple days with my roadside assistance plan.
