Got stranded due to an electrical problem on my motorcycle. Made it into their lot and I was greeted by Nathan to help me out. He took a few minutes to look over my bike and found that a simple fuse was my issue. I told him that I was due for an inspection in a couple days and would be back. He went ahead and did the inspection on the spot, made sure I was set with extra fuses, and helped me get the bike set up for the road! Went above and beyond. If it was not for Nathanial, I would’ve been looking at very costly dealership fees for diagnostics. Nathan was honest and excellent with customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fuquay Tire & Auto was a lifesaver when my tire had a hole and patchwork that needed to be done. They were quick, and the price was super surprising! (In a good way!) I will definitely be visiting them again if I have any more car troubles.

We’ve been taking all of our vehicles there for more than 10+ years and we won’t trust anyone else with our vehicles. They are very busy, but work you in, depending on what you need done. Everyone there that I’ve met is really nice and they are very knowledgeable. We’ve found them to have the best price on everything that we’ve needed to have done. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

For all the wonderful reviews, they pale by how Fantastic I was treated! It's a pleasure to see a business that makes a point to try to know all their customers so well. It is impressive to see the staff welcoming nearly everyone walking in the door by name. Their prices are very good. Their service is exceptional! Their knowledge is wonderful! I will definitely come back when I need tires / oil change / inspection / repairs / or whatever else they can help me with.

Absolutely the only place I trust to work on my car. I bought my car used a year and a half ago. Not long after I bought it, I took it to Getz Automotive in Fuquay and they quoted me $8,000+ (more than I paid for the car originally) to fix leaky head gaskets on my car and said it would be sitting up on the rack for at least 3 months. I was shocked...something didn't feel right. I got a recommendation from a friend to bring my car to Fuquay Tire & Auto, and I cannot be more thankful that I did. The team at Fuquay Tire told me the head gaskets were leaking, but that it wasn't serious, and I could probably drive it for the rest of its life as is. They charged me a very reasonable price to fix a few other issues with the brakes and such, and the car has run great ever since. No need for any $8,000 repair (I'm looking at you, crooks over at Getz Automotive). I bring my car here anytime there is an issue and breathe easy knowing it's in good hands. Only downside (if I can call it that) is that because they do such good, honest work, they stay slammed busy.

You ever have an amazing customer service experience that leaves you wondering why you would ever use anyone else again? Its just a mediocre Monday afternoon and I just needed a simple tire plug, it was stressing me out all day, I hate car maintenance. As soon as I entered Fuquay Tire and Auto I was immediately put at ease and the gentlemen working there were so friendly and knowledgeable. Quick, efficient, and great price.
My husband and I will be returning for all future car needs.

True to form, the friendly family at Fuquay Tire and Automotive Center are ready willing and able to help in a pinch! Unknowingly, I stopped in on the last day of the month at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I had no idea when my inspection was due because the paperwork had come early and I had put it somewhere “very important and safe” - ha ha, and couldn’t find it. Michael came out to the car and assured me that they would take care of it right away. They had a waiting room full of people, but he was concerned because my expiration date was actually that day! He told me they close at 5:30 and asked if I would mind waiting to which I replied “of course not”. I went around the corner for something to snack on and before I knew it they were calling me and my car was complete. I came back to get my vehicle just in time, before they would close. They are the friendliest people. I really feel that they care about their customers and even though I felt silly and really felt terrible for coming in on the last day, they wouldn’t have any of that and just made me feel welcome. These are true gentleman. There is a reason that they have been in business so long , there is a reason that they get so much return business. The waiting room is clean. I feel safe there and I trust them. I think you should too -highly recommend.

I've worked here for over 15 years so my post is kinda biased. I'll work on anything JC will take in. This beautiful '69 MG Midget needed the dead gas pumped out and both of the carbs cleaned. Got it running and idling in about 2 hours. I love helping customers, but British cars will be British cars, they need more maintenance and attention than a second wife (not being rude or disrespectful but they are problematic vehicles).

Great service and great work on my car for reasonable prices. Can't beat that. Parking is a little tight. But other than that, highly recommended auto service center.

Fuquay Tire is a shop you can trust. They won't try to upsell you on services or maintenance your car doesn't need. Their prices are reasonable and work is done quickly. They stay busy so plan ahead and schedule your service a couple weeks ahead.

Our entire family has been taking our vehicles to this place for 10 years. JC the manager is one honest and hard-working guy. He is an incredible example for the employees who all follow the same standards. They know their stuff and they are honest and will never take advantage of people.

I don't normally write any Google reviews but I had to for this business. These guys are professionals and dont try to upsell on anything. They might give a suggestion but never upsell like other auto shops that I've experienced. Shoutout to George at the front desk. He is very respectful and diligent. This is my go-to shop. Their very fast and the wait is not long at all, even when its busy. I recommend these guys to everybody. Solid organization. Thanks to all the employees at this shop. God bless.

Great shop! They are honest and reasonably priced. When they didn't have something I was looking for, they gave me suggestions of other shops that may have it. Instead I ended up buying something different from them because they were so helpful.
