Great mechanic shop! Easy to communicate with them, prices are reasonable, and they were able to get my car fixed quickly (once the ordered part arrived). Very pleased with Getz automotive- will go there for any future vehicle issues.

Fantastic experience - Garrett was awesome to work with and his fast communication was a welcome refresh from usual customer service. They quickly diagnosed my issue, showed me pictures of it, and gave me a fair estimate to fix it. They found some other things I need to address but were very honest with me about what was critical vs. what could wait, which I sincerely appreciate. They've earned my business, I'll be bringing both our cars back here for all of our service moving forward.

My recent visit to Getz Automotive for my first car's maintenance check was hands down the best. As a newcomer to car ownership, I was a little nervous, but the team at Getz quickly put me at ease with their friendly and efficient service.

The folks at Getz are real pros. They meticulously checked every inch of my car, fixing any issues with care and precision. Their attention to detail was impressive, ensuring my car was in tiptop shape.

What I loved most was their communication. They kept me informed every step of the way, emailing me about what needed fixing and what was still in great condition. Plus, dropping off my car at 3pm, I was pleasantly surprised to find it ready before 5 PM!

The next day, I ran into some trouble with my tire pressures. Not being car-savvy, I called Getz for help. Within minutes, they had me sorted out, offering assistance without making me feel silly for asking for such a simple thing.

Overall, my experience at Getz Automotive was fantastic. For a newbie like me, their professionalism and kindness made car maintenance a breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of reliable service and a welcoming atmosphere. They've definitely won me over as a customer for life!

I have lived in Fuquay-Varina for almost 2 years now. I have a 2020 Toyota Camry that was due for service. The folks at Getz Automotive were wonderful to work with!!!

My son is an Automobile Mechanic and a Certified Aircraft Mechanic and a Certified FAA Inspector. He wanted to talk with Garrett and the Getz Mechanic before they proceeded with the work that day. My son would typically do the maintenance work and brakes for me, but he lives in Connecticut.

The guys at Getz were very accommodating and spoke with my son, explaining everything they recommended.
He advised me to proceed with the work and new parts, tires, etc.
They had already shown me the poor condition of my tires and rear brakes.

I am very impressed with the folks at Getz, and their new facility is amazing!

Getz is honest and dependable auto repair. I am impressed with the way Getz is managed. I have car knowledge but I’m not skilled enough to fix everything and usually don’t have the time. I am hesitant to use many shops because of the up-sale or the potential for mediocre work. That’s not Getz. They have great technicians and the service managers really make sure you’re taken care of at a high level. Customer for life.

Getz gave my 20 year old car outstanding service. It has get up and go like a new vehicle. The air conditioner works so well in this extreme heat, I need to lower the blower. I would gladly recommend them to all.

This was our first, but definitely not our last, service with Getz. They are thorough, reasonably priced, and pleasant to work with. (Even cheerfully gave a refund when they forgot to credit the flyer sale!) Planning to return next month for additional recommended service!

I started taking my 2020 Toyota Prius to Getz 2 years ago after Toyota did me dirty on a battery issue. I came in explained what was going on and Getz said we have this, we can do all your service needs. Note: the prius has a couple of really Stupid things, the oil is like thru the roof expensive because it can only run that kind of oil. What should be standard 12 volt batteries is NOT! Getz knew all this stuff.
2 years have gone by and Getz has been absolutely incredible. Honest service that you can count on.
Yesterday I hit a huge bump as the state marked it on the construction at Lake Wheeler road just after the 540 bypass they are building. I was Not Speeding, the Bump completely crashed my front suspension and the car banged the road hard.
I called Getz this morning and asked if I could bring the car in, they made an appointment and checked my car and even invited me back to the garage to look at the underside of my car and explain why they didn't think there was any damage.
PS I wouldn't know so it was a nice gesture
On top of this they did not charge me for their time.

I had a great experience at Getz Automotive. They throughly inspected my vehicle and found some major safety issues. I was very grateful for their quick response and repair work to get me safely back on the road. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back for further maintenance of my vehicle.

Getz did some very extensive work on the power steering for my car. They were knowledgeable, consistently communicated their plan/status, and the work was amazing. They have acquired a customer for life and I tell everyone to take their car(s) to them.

I have a 2007 van adapted for a wheelchair so I need it to keep running. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but Getz has done a great job keeping my van going. They provide honest and timely service. They keep me informed about any necessary repairs and I approve each repair before they do the work. I know exactly what I’m going to owe, no surprises. My brother, who has an auto service shop in Raleigh, is impressed with the way they do business. It is priceless to find a mechanic that you can trust.

Omggggg Getz is truly a lifesaver. My car had what I thought was a leak from the transmission only for the Getz Team to discover my last oil change was done completely wrong by another repair shop. Getz took EXCELLENT CARE of my and help me settle the matter with the other repair shop and get resolution quickly. My family and I will definitely be taking all cars to Getz because they really care and are honest about what is needed to keep your car in great condition.

This was my first experience with Getz. I made an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation.
I found them to be professional, friendly and detailed oriented. I received written notification of their findings along with pictures to back up what issues they found.
They also brought to my attention suggested timelines for repairs/maintenance baesd on my mileage. I went ahead and had them correct both issues along with knowing what needs to be replaced on my vehicle down the road.

I found their pricing to be competitive. The waiting area is cozy, clean and stocked with goodies for their customers. I am so glad my neighbor recommended Getz Automotive to me!

I was given a valuable 2nd opinion on my vehicle condition. They did not waste my time doing unnecessary tests or repairs. I was given an honest assessment of the vehicle which was exactly what I was looking for. Better yet they did not charge me.

Getz Auto was awesome in getting my car repaired. In addition after giving the car an overview they brought to my attention some other repairs that were not only overdue but potential costly repairs if put off such as a deteriorating serpentine belt. (Yes I knew it was over due). They also keep you informed of progress. Customer Service is awesome. (Thank you Chris for your patience.)

Had to bring a work vehicle here to be looked at when my AC quit working. Very professional to deal with and Chris really made me feel taken care of. Also, their facility is amazing!

My 1979 CJ7 can be a little temperamental. Ironically on my way to pick up my Jeep from Smithfield the Uber driver mentioned Getz and how he has had an amazing experience...in his words "once they fix that issue it's fixed."

My other mechanic is about an hour from my house. So I definitely need something more local, who also worked on classic cars. I am so lucky to have found this shop. They fixed the issues and got me on my way in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend Getz Automotive. I felt as if their pricing was fair, they were diligent, and do great work. I trust them completely with my Jeep and will definitely use them in the future!

Garrett was super helpful! He talked me through all diagnostics of my vehicle and was able to get everything done for me in one day. He even stayed past closing to do a quality check before leaving my key in the after hours drop box. Will be returning to Getz in the future!

If you need car work - this is the place!!! Awesome people and I highly recommend Getz! Recently moved from NJ to Fuquay. Not knowing where to go for a truck repair (besides overpriced, dishonest dealerships), my nephew suggested Getz. I can't tell you enough praise for their excellent, honest service and done in the most resonable amount of time. Jimmy and the team are the best and Getz is now my family's go-to-place for all our big and small car needs!!!
