They over filled my car by four extra quarts of oil when I had an oil change (wonder if it got changed). Drained my brand new battery by leaving my headlights on. Has a very nasty....I really could care less attitude.

Don't waste your time even calling these guys. All your hear is a bunch of excuses and a tone of inconvenience of you even calling in. Never heard an employee in my life sound so annoyed about being asked about having 10k worth of performance work done to my car in my entire life. What a sorry excuse for customer service.
