Harry was absolutely fabulous and very helpful!! He made buying the mattress and base very easy. He is a fabulous salesman, not pushy, don’t hover, gave us time!! We would definitely recommend this location. Everything was perfect with the exception of the bed not being in stock and we have to wait longer than we wanted, but that had nothing to do with Harry!!!

Katie was a very knowledgeable and courteous salesperson going the extra mile to explain even the caveats of financing and not paying the balance during the period financed, which while we are seasoned enough to know, exemplified valuable information to young buyers that might need that extra insight. That and her winsome personality made our experience a success. This is our second time purchasing from Mattress Firm Fuquay-Varina and both times the sales team have been awesome!

Harry was very helpful in explaining all of the different mattresses to me. I tried out several brands of mattresses. I chose a Sterns and Foster Mattresses . I bought a Sterns and Foster about 15 yrs ago. I like the brand, and quality of the mattress. It was very comfortable to lay upon. The store was very clean and Harry was a very nice person and a great salesman..

Harry was awesome! He was the only employee on the floor. He handled us and several other customers with ease at the same time. We got exactly what we were looking for at the price point I was anticipating!

We went to a few different mattress stores and this one had a great selection. We worked with Katie who was not only extremely educated and transparent about the different mattresses and how they may work or not work for us, but she was not pushy or “salesy”. She was great to work with and we’re super happy with the mattress and the purchasing experience!

Like most customers, I know zero about mattresses. Customers like me are typically driven by price. I walked into my local Mattress Firm store and met Customer Service Rep “Harry”. I had a vague idea what I wanted by their Facebook posting regarding a sale. Harry took the time to educate me on the different brands and their respective models. He ultimately showed me and sold me on a Serta Perfect Sleeper Charlotte model for a price that was within my budget. But what made me really smile was Harry telling me the item was on sale until the end of today. He saved me close to $400 for two mattresses. Would I recommend Harry and Mattress Firm? In a HEARTBEAT!
