Was having quite a bit of difficulty with an online coupon. The system would not allow me to switch it from in store pick up to a shipment. Courtney came in like Wonder Woman And provided a high level of customer service. She made sure that I was taken care of and that the merchandise I needed for Christmas gift was rung up and in my bag. There has never been an occasion where I had a negative encounter when shopping in this location. Kudos to the store management team for training well rounded team.

The staff wasn’t as pushy trying to hand me the sample tester. But knew the exact right time to ask me if I needed assistance. I had walked the entire store over at least 5 times looking for that last pick. 😂

I love me some Bath and Body works, this is one of those stores where you can never buy enough, it's one of those places you have to visit at least three times a month. They have the best lotions and body washes, my favorite are a Thousand wishes, Twilight woods, Endless weekends, and Cashmere glow. They also have great smelling candles and air fresheners!!

Great store, this location is always super clean & well stocked considering how busy it can get. Most of the staff has been very helpful - especially Gino, he's the best!

I walked in to the lovely smell of caramel, berries and breeze. Greeted with a smile and immediately asked if I needed assistance, I left with a bag of goodies! I love the semi- annual sale!!

Super friendly employees who go out of their way to help their customers. The store is always well stocked, organized and clean.

This is the closest store to me, so We visit it the most. Always helpful associates. As usual, great deals, and Spring scents are in the air. Go check them out. My daughter and I had different opinions on some, but we each got our own.

Incredible experience. The staff was absolutely incredible. So helpful and very friendly. They were taking all of the covid precautions seriously. I have not seen a store yet handle sanitizing, and social distancing so effectively and quickly. The staff was on top of it and really worked as a team. I honestly was so unbelievably impressed!!!! Great job!!!!!! I'm not one to be overly impressed with a retail experience but I really had to say something because the staff. Seriously handled everything with grace and smiles and just warm and welcoming.

I called the store to ask about if the Laundry Day candle and You’re the One fragrance mist was in stock, and Tracy was so nice and helpful!! She offered to hold the items for me. She sounds like a sweetheart! And she gave me other suggestions for things that weren’t currently in stock. So great! This location is the best!

Love this location. All the sales people are always so helpful and know their products enough to make wonderful suggestions. It is so well organized and eye appealing.

I love love love bath and body works! I am always greeted by employees and I always end up buying everything in the store. The staff was very helpful by looking to see if they had any more travel size soaps! As always a fantastic place to shop.

I was in the store on 6/27/17 & they just recently opened the store at the permanent location at Brier Creek...lucked up & went in yesterday. They were having a fab sale!! Bought quite a few products at 75% off & a few other products at 50% off. The remodeled store is much bigger & much nicer. Check-out was efficient but I thought the employee was fake, impatient & she failed to give me coupons for my next visit. I did get some great deals.

Exceptional customer service! This is the best Bath and Body Works I've ever been to. It's also the first time I didn't get a migraine from smelling 15 different scents, possibly due to the fact that this space is less enclosed. It also appears they have a wider variety of selections than other locations I've visited (it's a big store)

I wish I could remember the name of the team members today but on 9/20 around 5:30-6:30 were the team I interacted with. Genuinely friendly and conversational. I didn't feel pressure to buy things which usually results in me not buying anything. They spoke with me, introduced me to different items, and then give me the space to shop without acting desperate.

I will surely be back to this location asap!

I love this Bath & Body Works location! The section is always well organized and the store is key very clean. I visited again recently and Alycia was so kind and helpful!! I’m really hoping I spelled that right because she deserves so many cool points!! I’m sad to be moving out of Brier Creek but I can see myself making excuses to come back to this area just to go to this store specifically!

It had been years since I'd been to a B&BW! I have fallen in love with this place again. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. And seems like they've almost always got a sale of some kind going on! I love that it's just a few minutes from my job.

Always a pleasure to go there. The staff is caring and helpful. The selection is awesome. I don't have enough money to shop like I want too. Get the app to get some great deals and get on their mailing list.

One of the best shopping environments I have EVER experienced. Today OLIVIA helped me, and she went out of her way to make my experience great. Every time I come here I have a great time, but I think Olivia deserves a pat on the back and some serious compliments!!

Love this place. Great variety of products and reasonable prices.
Get on their email list and receive really good coupons. They also have a website where you can find discontinued/off season products at great prices. And low shipping, $5.
Staff here is always helpful and pleasant. They suggest but don't push additional/new products.
